Stay away, they are scammers, stay away! They charged me 69.90 euros in June. Thieves, bunch of thieves. Thieves, you think it’s easy? Thieves, Mycvapp is to be avoided, please read the reviews before using it, thieves, thieves.

Après vérification, les deux prélèvements de 34,95 € correspondent à deux périodes d'abonnement distinctes, conformément aux conditions acceptées lors de votre inscription. Il ne s'agit donc pas de prélèvements frauduleux.

I am surprised this website is not…

I am surprised this website is not banned.
It is a scam: why would anyone subscribe for a monthly CV service? It is written in tiny letters that you are subscribing to a renewable service charged 29 Euros a month. Add to this that the usual 14 days retractation period is voided by the company.
To complete my review, and further to the website reply, I would like to add that I have only authorised the first payment of 1.90Euros, not the second one of 29Euros

We strongly dispute your characterization of our service as a “scam.”

The subscription terms, renewal conditions, and pricing are displayed on the payment page prior to validation, including near the payment button and within our Terms & Conditions.

Our service provides immediate access to digital tools and downloadable CV features upon purchase. As stated during checkout, by requesting immediate access to the digital service, the standard withdrawal period for digital content is waived in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.

In addition:

payments are validated through secure bank authentication (3D Secure);
no hidden charges are applied without payment authorization;
we retain technical logs confirming the subscription flow and payment validation.

We understand that some users may overlook subscription details, but this does not mean the information was hidden or absent.

Comme nous vous l’avons déjà indiqué dans notre précédent email, les informations relatives à la période d’essai puis à l’abonnement étaient bien mentionnées à plusieurs étapes du parcours,
notamment sur le site avant la validation du paiement, dans l’email de confirmation après souscription, dans l’email de rappel avant renouvellement, ainsi que dans les factures et les Conditions Générales de Vente acceptées lors de l’inscription.
