Not a CMS. It's a platform for creating your own custom CMS
It can easily create a flat website that looks nice.
But if you want it to do any basic SEO such as 301 redirects for broken links, it cannot natively do that.
It's not an actual CMS, it's a platform for creating your own custom CMS. That is, if you don't add the function, it won't do it.

They actually refund
They charged me 50 euro fee for the service i didn't use. I wrote to customer support and they quickly refund me. So I got my money back.
