This is the first time I have done a review on Internet sites but I find it a must for all users. This site applied after showing the cost of the ticket at €80 commissions that brought the ticket to €212. I advise everyone to look good on other Platforms. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Ticket transaction fee is absolutely brutal (20%) and doesn't appear till the very end when you confirm your tickets. In fact it appears at the very last point, after theyve told tou the final price, after you have inserted your credit card details, after you have confirmed your credit card details and after you have finished the final step. Comple all that, click next snd the Confirm Tickets screen has a Pay button. Below that, if you look carefully, you will see that your final price has now increased by 20%. You miggt wonder why and youll seebthat in small font, smaller than every other line is a 20% fee charge. Between that step and the next screen which pops us with a PAY button first, below the pay button they insert fees of 20% and do so in the smallest font.

At this point you might feel agreieved and raise this with the. They will direct you to their established page on why your final price didn't match every other price throughout the process. They'll even send you a 30 second video explaining how transparent their fee process is. The 20% fees appear at 29.2 seconds in that video.

There is no mention of their 20% fees throught the process. As they have indicated in their response below, they believe their fees are appropriate because of the arrangement they do. This maybor may hot be true depending on your view. But they clearly dont back it enough to put the fees up front or throughout the process, or even in the same size font as eveything else.

To then rub salt in the wound they don't tell you that they'll send you the tickets at any point between now and when the event is, maybe even on the day of the event, or a few hours beforehand. So you have their email that your tickets will 'totally' turn up just in time that you go to a big event. What you will get is a range of emails encouraging you to buy more tickets from and emails that your tickets are totally safe and will totally turn up.

I do not doubt that everything is in line with their terms and conditions. And if you have to hide behind your terms and conditions then that says everything you need to know.

They sent me tickets two hours before the beginning of the concert. This is neither acceptable nor professional absolutely

I bought expensive tickets for David Byrne show in Milan on February 21st.
I got the tickets via email indicating the show starts at 9pm . All communications with Hello Tickets thru the day prior to the show failed to mention that the show time was advanced to 8pm. So by the time we arrived - we already missed about half of the show!
Hello Tickets, the tickets seller, refused to take responsibility for their lack of communication with mead a customer and even consider a compensation.
Very disappointing .

I feel soooo scammed from Hellotickets. I paid more than 150€ for reservation fee and I got the worst seats in the O2 Arena. For the same price 1k for just 2 tickets, I would be able to buy 2 great view seats trough the O2 official web site. Never again in my life!

Reliable and punctual assistance in ticket delivery

I bought two tickets for the OneRepublic concert in Bologna on October 10, 2025, through Hellotickets (August 18th, 2025 order #1573843). The official organizers and authorized sellers (Ticketmaster, TicketOne, Vivaticket) confirmed that this event is subject to the Italian Battelli law (Legge di Bilancio n. 145/2018), which requires that tickets must bear the attendee’s real names matching their ID.
I have contacted Hellotickets many times (with multiple support requests, all marked “Solved”), but received no clear confirmation that the tickets will have my name (Semen Boberov) and my mother’s name (Olena Boberova). I also have no information on how we can enter the concert if the tickets show different names, which would make them invalid under the law.
This situation is very stressful and disappointing. I am traveling all the way from Canada to attend this special event with my mother, yet I have no guarantee that we will be allowed in. I cannot get a refund because of Hellotickets’ policy, nor can I sell these tickets, since the name on the ticket must match the buyer and the attendee according to the law.
I sincerely hope Hellotickets understands the importance of this and will provide a clear and reassuring response. I want to attend the concert and enjoy this experience without this uncertainty hanging over me. I will be closely monitoring this situation and updating my review here accordingly.
Please note, this is my preliminary review and may be updated based on how Hellotickets resolves the issue.

Update: I received both tickets in my email. Initially, both tickets were issued in my name, but after contacting customer service through WhatsApp, the issue was quickly resolved. I am now waiting for the event day and will provide an update on how it goes.
