Good jacket
Pros - Jacket as described in site. Fjalraven's own site has useful sizecalculator. My measure is 75kg, 181cm and hoped a bit loosefit. I ordered L size and got what I wanted.
Cons - 1,5 time longer delivery time than promised when ordering. Anyhow received in July well before winter conditions.

Really long delivery time
Expected delivery date and actual delivery date were so far from each other that I didnt get the goods for my expedition. Took over a month to deliver.

Quick delivery and helpful hardguides
I ordered a Nemo Moonlite Elite hiking chair that did arrive quickly. However the item had some manufacturing defects (NOT the fault of Hardloop). It did take some time to get things sorted out, regarding the warranty etc, but to my understanding it was due to Nemo taking long to answer Hardloop (Since the issue was caused by a manufacturing defect not Hardloop). Customer service was good and they were helpful with sorting things out. Anyways I just recieved my replacement item, and I am very happy, now I can finally use my chair again! :)

Not the fastest delivery but reasonable prices and good customer service
A little bit slow delivery but the initial estimate of delivery date was accurate. All product were as promised, and customer service was sufficient.

Two out of three items in my order were declined due to insufficient stock at the warehouse or from suppliers. At the same time, the processing time is very long, which resulted in a situation where I couldn’t order the same items from other stores because they were sold out while my order was still being processed.
I’ll avoid this online store in the future

Delay in shipment
Don't trust the time estimates. The delivery date of my shipment was suppose to be between Feb 10-11 but the parcel arrived week later on the 17th of February.
