Booksi is not a total scam, you do get a discounted stay. But you need to understand exactly what you’re signing up for. The advertised hotel (in my case, a Hyatt-level property) was not the ho... See more

The agent was very short with me when I showed a dis interest in the package he was presenting.

I was sitting in the hospital waiting room with little to do so I happily did the survey and have paid the money.
Now I’m looking forward to seeing that the hotel stay comes to pass!!!
She was very helpful and she was definitely a great person very good person
As of right now I’m having so much trouble trying to complete/confirm a trip I tried to book for December. I tried to call the number a few times today and did not get an answer. I waited thirty minutes or more on the phone. I spent money that was unnecessary to book a trip and not receive communication about booking confirmation or nothing. I need some answers ASAP before thinking about proceeding. A representative needs to reach out now because I feel like I’m being scammed.

Very courteous and kind. Knew the information very well. I was very satisfied
I would have given you 5 star but was surprised with over 29 pounds processing fee.
I bought a booksi travel deal for Cabo trip. Acording to the message I got, I had to call their customer service to finalize my booking. I have been calling booksi's customer service number since yesterday several times. I waited over thirty minutes each time, but nobody picked my call. I just want to finalize my reservation for August!

Knew this was a timeshare grab. Paid $39.75 for 4nights/5 days in Havasu. I expected to be pitched. Before you could reserve the stay you had to call in. I called in, got pitched and was upfront. They gave me my reservation #. I still fully expected to have to do something at the resort.
When I went to look at days available, there was no 4nights/5 day options for the next 2 years. It also wouldn't let you book for a shorter amount of time.
This is a scam to get a small amount of $ from people in hopes they just "forget about it" and also a way to get leads for their reps.
This is a warning. I complained instantly and they said they would refund my money but others should know.

Hung up on before all my questions were answered.
The hotel was in a lovely location. Clean and friendly helpful staff.
The upsells, the hoops, the multiple calls you have to go through to book the trip only to find out it's not available until a year away is one of the biggest time wasters I've ever experienced.
When you tell them repeatedly you want a refund, they keep you on the phone forever offering discounts, partial refunds etc. Only to find out..again..that, that was BS too. To get those things, you have to call back and on and on and on.
This company is such a SCAM, how they are still in business is incomprehensible.

I booked a 4 night stay in a hotel with Booksi. I got a confirmation email for the hotel showing the 4 nights I would be staying. I show up at the hotel and they stated they had no reservation for me. I had to pay the full price for the 4 night stay. I kept trying to cal Booksi to find out what happened and to get my money back or a different 4 night stay. Booksi will not answer their phone and will just leave you on hold.
A week after my stay, Booksi sent me an email asking me how my stay was!!!!

I got an upgrade on my room, which made my stay much better! The view of the Lagoon off my patio was spectacular. The wine was superb and the chocolate chip cookies with walnuts were a very nice welcoming choice! I will be back with the kids for the pool and spa! I loved my time here.
It is a SCAM - do not fall for it. AGGRESSIVE sales tactics. Lies about competition winning and then taking money from you for something entirely different. They are complete scammers - and use manipulative, false and fraudulent sales tactics. Aggressive and I am an idiot for falling for it.Please be WARNED.
