Outstanding Service Thank You!!!
The customer service I received from Richard at the Watton branch was outstanding! I had been badly let down by Amazon during the recent heatwave when I ordered two Shark Fans and after 6 days they had still not been delivered and they had no idea when they would be, what makes it worse is that I am an Amazon Prime customer so I paid to get this appalling service. I called Blaines in Watton and Richard got me two of the same fans delivered the very next day. Just goes to show that using small local businesses like Blaines puts Amazon to shame when looking after their customers. A huge thank you to Richard and Blaines.

Reliable and professional service
We have recently had an upgrade to our en-suite and had some bedroom furniture fitted.
Both jobs were extremely well planned, priced and completed with a high degree of quality workmanship, without any issues.
Post installation of the bedroom furniture a minor snag occurred, this was resolved promptly without any fuss.
Blaines prices reflect the standard of products and service accordingly, we have made the mistake of going cheaper elsewhere on another bathroom project and subsequently regretted it. You get what you pay for.
