I have been using AttaPoll honestly and providing genuine survey responses. Suddenly, my account was permanently disabled stating that it does not meet quality standards. I have never used any VPN, proxy, or multiple accounts, nor did I rush through the surveys. They freeze accounts randomly without any proof and provide zero human support to review appeals. A complete waste of time for genuine users!

This was a legit app. I earned around 2.75$ from it. But when i finished the surveys and tried my 2nd withdrawal,it banned my account. It really sucks. Never going to trust it again

Started well any problems were dealt with and compensated where appropriate however recently any complaints are met with the same generic could not care attitude blaming third parties it’s almost like they have no customer support or they just don’t care even when you have a genuine complaint very disappointing attitude and a complete disregard for it’s users

Extremely inconsistent. Did not send me surveys after being able to withdraw twice in a short period of time. Also, keeps sending me notifications about available surveys, even high-paying ones but whenever I check the app there's nothing on the offer wall. #Scam

I’ve completed 4 surveys in the past week and not getting paid or rejected. One survey ends, there’s no submit button and another new survey appears. These 10-20 minute surveys last an hour! This app was not like this 4 months ago. These companies are getting free surveys , this is very unfair.

So inconsistent i do things perfectly correct and it either glitches at the end or screens you out for no reason I’ve been using them for about half a year and I’m due about £20-30 in unjustified screens or having to quit the surveys myself as it’s stuck on a loading screen.

Tried a few polls, answered their demographic questions (race, are you Latino, household income, number of children, education, etc) and was denied every time. If you’re black or Hispanic, very low income on public assistance, absolutely no education and a dozen kids, they’ll let you take them. Or, you could just lie, that might work. The racism against whites is real in the U.S

Not really sure how to rate this. Everything was going well….comparative to other companies…that is. Money on games rubbish though most surveys good were interesting & fair pay.

I was honest, thorough and thoughtful in all survey responses - currently off work so loads of time.

Suddenly I’m notified on 30th June that one of my survey companies disapproved of my submissions & Attapoll have banned me and no opportunity/contact option for me to ask why. Seems a weird way to run a company who presumably are in need of volumes of people like me to sustain their business.

I did make some great pocket money though now really aggrieved at their approach & lack of professionalism. Soooo…be aware.

I am writing this because I am unable to resolve a missing payment issue through AttaPoll's in-app support. On June 29, 2026, I requested a payout of $44.08 to my PayPal account ). The AttaPoll app shows the status as completed and displays a message stating the payment was sent to my address.
​However, my PayPal balance remains at $0, and there is no record of this transaction in my PayPal activity. I have been trying to contact AttaPoll support to obtain a Transaction ID or reference number so I can investigate this with PayPal, but I have not been able to connect with anyone who can assist me.
​I have verified that my email address is correct and confirmed, but I am stuck in a loop where I cannot get the necessary information to trace these funds. I would appreciate it if the support team could reach out to me here to provide the transaction details so I can resolve this issue.

I'm currently in the process of contacting the state attorney general because I'm owed so much money that it's ridiculous!! Do not use this app. Try bigcashweb or scrambly

The app is making it hard for me to collect my earnings! No other survey app does that.

THIS IS THE MOST OFFENDING SURVEY APP I HAVE EVER USED. OVER 140 DIFFERENT SURVEY PROVIDERS WERE SCAMS! DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH A SWAMP TO FIND A NON-SCAM ONE! AND THEY BANNED ME FOR ANSWERING HONESTLY! DO NOT USE!!!

Hello AttaPoll Support,

My account was suddenly terminated and my wallet balance of $3.12 was deducted during withdrawal. I believe this is unfair because I completed surveys honestly and did not knowingly violate any rules.

I did not use a VPN, create multiple accounts, or intentionally provide false answers. I request a manual review of my account and the release of my earned balance.

Please explain the exact reason for the termination and deduction of my balance.

By mistake, the money I earned by filling out surveys was returned to them. I reported this issue to their customer service department, and after 14 days I received a reply telling me to contact Revolut’s technical support. My case was closed. I didn’t receive any help. They just brushed me off. A bunch of scammers and thieves.

This is a scam website that refuses to pay me for a completed task. Do not do the tasks. 3x I completed and was not paid.Many surveys make you go through the entire.survey then.refuse to pay you

Everything was fine with app with my first payment went through absolutely fine the second one however was a nightmare I was sent a card number and a code for a Tesco voucher which was completely wrong and as all Tesco vouchers start the same and wasn’t even close I made a quirey to the help page my reply was not informative at all and they made it out it was my fault tried again to query but couldn’t won’t be using this again

Used attapoll for a while and always answered Surveys slowly and honestly. The survey providers then decide your answers are no good and decline you which you then get flagged and banned for. No explanation no investigation. Attapolls system is unfair. One good thing I will say is that coming away from attapoll as I had no choice allowed me to find Surveys sites that w9rk well and pay well

SCAM . Don't play it you will not get paid. It's very simple you will not get paid.

Attapol is great,don't listen to poor reviews. I have cashed out on low threshold amounts quite a few times and very much enjoy the surveys. Surveys are relevant and easy to understand. Easy to complete too. Give it a try. Highly recommended.
