Another day passed and yet another ridiculous response. This company took my details, encouraged me to fill out surveys and then refused to pay the money I'd earned. They say I breached some rule, but refuse to say which rule. They say the "review panel" is reviewing my case, but have said this for the last 7 days plus. Clearly there is no such panel and they are just trying to cheat me out of my earnings. If I could give less than 1 I would. Do not trust this company, they will take your information and then give you a litany of implausible excuses for not paying. AVOID!!!
Scam! Rewards are not given and account gets banned if you contact Support.
If I could put I 0 I would! DO NOT USE THIS SITE THEY RIP YOU OFF AND DONT PAY OUT!
My account was suspended of no reason of my own. I emailed LifePoints as I noticed that there wasn’t any surveys available. They said they would sort it out and then I explained that I had money I wanted to cash out but I couldn’t due to being 20p short.
I always ensure my surveys were fair, answered honestly and were regular! I completed surveys everyday so I was shocked when I didn’t see any surveys come up on my account after a few days,
I then got a response that they suspended my account and they wouldn’t pay out my points!
I complained about this as I had points there where I had divulged my time too, so didn’t see how they could t pay me when I have completed the tasks!
They said they couldn’t tell me under GDPR regulations why my account was suspended, even though I’m the account holder, and wouldn’t pay me a penny,
This is completely unfair and the customer service I received was in no way helpful!
They are cheats!

I can't complain as I've had a good experience with the site up to now. We are many and it's normal if something doesn't work perfectly(like the diary of my dishes).
When I ask for rewards I get them quickly and I can use them on Amazon without any trouble.

I have spent many hours filling in surveys, got one reward, all good. Spent many more hours filling in surveys, cashed in reward. Got email to say reward on its way. Just looked in emails, reward cancelled and so is my membership with no reason why as my 'membership did not meet quality standards'.

I have over $20 in my account and they won't let me have my money.

Lifepoints use to be a good survey site I am not sure what happened in the last 6 months. They have you do Survey diaries that take 7 days after 4 or 5 days they close them out and you can’t complete to get your points. You take surveys and complete them and they give you an error message and don’t get compensated. I’ve gave them a chance but it keeps happening. I am done with there site and I hope they can fix there issues they were such a good site at one time. I gave it a 2 star because customer service tries hard but you can do only so much it really should be a 1.

I joined LifePoints on July 3, 2026, and logged in today to attempt my first survey. I had already completed my profile beforehand, providing all my personal details—my occupation, income, and where I live.
Today, when I started my first survey, it asked normal questions, like what my favorite restaurant chain is. Then, a main survey about "branded packed atta" started. As soon as I entered my gender, the survey screened me out with the error: "this survey is not a best match." This makes zero sense. I entered my correct gender; if they specifically wanted a female for that survey, that is their mistake, not mine. I had already completed my profile with all my details, so how can there be a mismatch? It shows their system is broken.
After that, I saw 3-4 other surveys available on my dashboard. I came back to the dashboard tab 5 minutes later and all 4-5 of those surveys had suddenly vanished. I didn't understand what was happening. I waited for a long time, but no surveys appeared. When I checked again later, I saw a message in the gift card section: "Looks like you need to link a PayPal account..."
I do not use a VPN or any other things; I use a standard Chrome browser. If I had done something wrong, they should have banned me at the time of registration. But LifePoints allowed me to register, made me fill out my profile, took all my personal data—my location, occupation, how much I earn—and then they blocked me. Now, they are forcing me to link a PayPal account.
I have never seen a survey company that forces you to link a PayPal account and suddenly blocks your account like this. If I had actually done something wrong, I would have been banned from all the other survey sites I am registered on, but this only happened with LifePoints.
It is clear they just wanted my personal data to sell to their clients and make money. Whoever is reading this, do not link your PayPal account under any circumstances. If they are forcing you to link a PayPal account, it is highly suspicious—no other online survey platform does this.
This is a garbage and pathetic experience. Shame on you, LifePoints.

After consistently doing surveys properly for over a month, they struck my account with a suspension, without citing any reason for this. Would NOT recommend.

I was a long-time member of LifePoints, but I’ve finally deleted my account. I need to warn people about how their "security" system actually works because it's a joke.
Their automated system is completely broken. If you login too often, complete a few more surveys in a row, or even check your gift card section too many times, you get flagged by their stupid automated security bot. Suddenly, your account is banned, your gift cards are removed, and you’re hit with a generic message demanding you link your PayPal. But here is the kicker: even after you link PayPal, the account remains banned. Don't bother messaging customer support—they don't care. They blindly trust their automated system and ignore any human appeal.
It feels like they don't value users at all. They get paid by their clients for the survey data you provide, so once you finish the survey, they already have what they need. If they ban you right after, they don't have to pay you, and they pocket the difference. It’s a huge margin for them, so they have every incentive to ban users as often as possible.
And the worst part is how their bot triggers bans over "IP reputation." It’s completely out of your control since you can’t choose what IP address your ISP assigns you. But the bot doesn't care—it just wipes your entire account in a heartbeat. I’ve used plenty of other survey sites and never had this issue, but LifePoints is on a completely different level with how they punish people for things out of their control.
If you are a new member, please take my advice: treat this like a game where the house always wins. Cash out the second you hit the minimum payout threshold. Do not let your points pile up because they keep the threshold high on purpose to make it harder to redeem, giving their system more time to find a "reason" to ban you before you get paid.

I was taking surveys regularly on LifePoints for almost a year with no issues. Always honest and diligent with my answers, I would receive enough points to get a voucher every month or so. After trying to redeem a voucher like usual a couple of weeks ago, the points were put back in my account and I was told there was an error.
Then surveys stopped appearing available for me to take. When I contacted support, they told me my account has been suspended due to not meeting the quality standards. I explained that the only change made in my answers recently was my age because I had just had a birthday, but I was told that they weren’t allowed to provide specific details. Not being told exactly what I supposedly did wrong is extremely frustrating, and I’m a little confused as to why the error only occurred after trying to redeem points and not after taking a survey. It’s seems more than a little suspicious to me.
So now I have an account I can’t use, with points I have spent my time earning that will be wasted because they can’t be redeemed. At the very least, I should be able to cash out the points I already have.
After looking at other reviews here, I see this is happening to people regularly at the moment. If accounts are going to be suspended, then we deserve to find out the exact reason.

After being a member of Lifepoints I left the program due to personal reasons.
However I rejoined under a new account due to my previous account not being fully removed.
I tried to cash out via PayPal when I got an email advising the supplier has ran out, I reached out to the support team to be advised that my account was suspended.
The frustrating thing is they lied to me about the supplier being out of stock instead of asking me to reach out.

I’ve spent a significant amount of time completing surveys on this app, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you do decide to use it, withdraw your points the moment you reach £5. Do not save them up. The more points you accumulate, the more likely the app is to suddenly claim there’s an issue with redeeming them, telling you to “contact support” over and over again.
Despite repeatedly giving feedback at the end of surveys — including telling them that the app freezes, takes far too long to load, and desperately needs proper product management — nothing has improved. The surveys themselves feel scripted: they collect your information, then abruptly tell you the survey “isn’t right for you,” which is ridiculous.
The worst part is the support team. After investing hours into completing surveys, when it’s finally time to redeem your points, they turn around and accuse you of not following the rules or suspend your account. It’s outrageous. My time was an investment, and they completely disregarded that.
If you’re considering using this app, please don’t. It’s not worth the frustration.
I strongly recommend Eureka instead — the surveys are better, the app actually works, and their support team is far more reliable.

I have completed many surveys and saved up my points, but as soon as I tried to redeem some as a gift voucher, I was told that there was an error and to contact support.
I did this and it has now been 10 days of back and forth with no results and no new surveys.
Not happy!
So now I have received a mail saying my account has been suspended and points forfeited. That's £17.70 I worked hard for!
Such poor ethics for a global company.

I have been with them for about a couple of months. Not a problem, offering plenty of surveys and once I reached the payout rewards points for a $5 Paypal payout, I would redeem my points, and they would process with payment taking a few days.
All very good........UNTIL a few days ago, I get an email saying that Paypal no longer offer the payouts at the moment, as all allocated payments have presently exhausted, and therefore LIfePoints credited the points back to my account, saying I could either wait and try again later on when it may be available, or I could choose a different reward.
I decided to take a $5 wish (Woolworths) voucher. Well guess what that was immediately denied and told to contact customer service. So I sent a message off to them. Whilst waiting I thought I would try Amazon and see if I could redeem my points with them for their $5 voucher....same story denied.
Anyhow I have just received an email from LifePoints to say:...... "After a thorough review, I have confirmed your membership and/or participation did not meet our quality standards and your account has been suspended. As a result, you are no longer able to participate in our LifePoints Community and all unused LifePoints (LP) are forfeited and outstanding redemption orders have been cancelled."
This reasoning by them is rubbish. I have been consistent in the way that I have conducted their survey, never once varied from the truthful fact, and never tried doing the wrong thing, and this is what they do. Well LifePoints I have searched sites like Trustpilot and many people have been complaining of exactly the same thing. If this is the way that you conduct your business I do not wish to be associated with your company, so I closed my account. I simply now wished that I checked the reviews before signing up with you.
Well everyone think twice before signing up with them, as you may not be with them for long, but make certain you claim your rewards once your reach the number of points to claim $5 or you might just lose more than $5.

I've been using LifePoints for several months and have had a good experience. The surveys are easy to complete, rewards are reasonable, and I've successfully redeemed my points without any issues. It's a good way to earn a little extra in my spare time.
