TickerInside is published by VoidLab, which builds open market data tools. It updates itself every weekday night: it reads the issuers' files and the SEC filings, rebuilds every page and data file, checks them and publishes them. It exists to answer one question that is hard to answer elsewhere: two funds sit in the same portfolio, and how much of the second is already inside the first.

What it does

TickerInside is an open, machine-readable database of US ETF holdings, with the source and date of each holding. The holdings are read from the issuers' own files and from SEC filings, linked to the stocks inside each fund, and served with no key. It computes what funds hold, in common and separately, and puts the result next to cost, returns and risk so a choice between two funds can be made on evidence rather than on a fund's marketing name.

How it is funded

Nothing on this site is paid for by a fund issuer or a broker. There are no affiliate links and no sponsored placements. The tools are free to use and the data is free to read through the API. A historical archive is being assembled with its own terms, described in the legal notice; the current data stays free.

Independence and limits

This is a data publication, not an adviser. It does not know your situation, it does not make recommendations, and nothing on it is investment advice. Figures can be wrong, sources can be stale, and both are printed with dates precisely so you can check.

Licences, and what is not served, are on the API page.
