I'm J.Julian, and I build and run SquishyFile on my own. Send me questions, bug reports, feedback or an idea for a video tool you want. Replies can take a day or two, but I read every message.
| Reason | What to include |
|---|---|
| Bug report | What you were trying to do, your browser and device, and what happened instead |
| Feature request | What tool or option you'd like to see, and why it'd help |
| Privacy or legal question | Reference the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service section you're asking about |
| Advertising or partnership | A short description of what you have in mind |

You don't need to attach the video that failed. A screenshot of the error, plus the file's format, size and length, usually tells me enough to reproduce the problem.
