    "Great heatmapping tool"

    Pros: Very helpful to understand how customers are interacting on your site live. The live feature is great, and tracks all relevant information - geography, device, etc.

    Cons: Their interface could be nicer, but once you get past that the data is very good.

    Overall: Great tool to understand customer usage of your site. Interface could be optically better but the data behind it is very good.
