    "From an Owner - AVOID"

    Pros: No positive impact on any aspect of our business. Use of LEAP resulted in renting to tenants who otherwise did not qualify, and LEAP did not pay when they defaulted despite the coverage.

    Cons: Despite collecting their fee they will do everything they can to avoid paying you out when you actually have a claim. So you end up with tenants who you wouldn't have rented to without LEAP, and when LEAP should pay, they don't.

    Overall: One of the worst, if not the absolute worst, third party services I have ever used as an owner/manager. I would never use this product at any location under any circumstances.

    "If I could give less than 1 star, I would"

    Pros: They have decent prices for residents. I have nothing else to say as a pro for LeapEasy.

    Cons: When they get busy it takes weeks for them to review and application and weeks to respond to emails asking for updates. I had so many potential tenants lose a place to live due to their timing issues.

    Overall: Everything would be fine, if they could speed up their process and have an actual person properties and tenants could speak too. The number they have doesn't help at all. It's as pointless to call than it is to email.
