Add Signatoro to your agent as an MCP server:
https://signatoro.com/mcpThen ask it to make your email signature. It gives you a link to save it to Signatoro.
Add https://signatoro.com/mcp to any MCP client. Each person signs in to Signatoro with OAuth, or a client with no sign-in step uses a Signatoro API key for the read tools, and get_signature returns the saved signature as HTML and text, ready to append to an email, plus their saved name, phone and links as fields so the agent never guesses a contact detail.
Add the email signature rule to the agent's instructions, and it calls get_signature before it sends, replies or drafts with any mail tool, so every email carries the latest version.
Each AI assistant or agent gets its own key or MCP connection and signs as the person it works for or as itself, by default with a line saying it is an AI and whom it acts for. Free includes 1 AI assistant; each person on a Company plan gets 3 AI assistants, and the company gets 3, 10 or 25 agents by size, on top of the people the plan covers.
On the Up to 15 plan or larger, the signature carries the company's compliance footnote.
Your team pastes the same signature into Gmail or Outlook, so people and agents send one company signature.
The same server lists the signatures you can send with, yours and your AI assistants', so an agent picks the right one, edits your own saved signature, makes a free signature with a link to save and edit it in Signatoro, lists layouts and gives install steps for a mail app. A company owner can also add, update and remove people. The MCP guide lists every tool.
