Schedule recurring reports

Scheduled reports are available on Pro and above and are stored per website.

Create a schedule

1. 1Open Reports for the website.
2. 2Under Scheduled reports, add the recipient email addresses.
3. 3Choose the cadence — Daily, Weekly or Monthly — and whether to include the AI briefing.
4. 4Save schedule. You can pause, enable, send now, or delete it later.

Reports are HTML; on Agency and above they carry your white-label branding.

Scheduled reports are sent by email. If the Reports page ever says “Email delivery is not active”, email is temporarily unavailable — use report exports and send the report yourself in the meantime.
