I ordered the colour changing foundation with SPF 30. I don’t know if it is due to the extra sun block content but I didn’t find it gave me the luminous glow as described by many users. The colour was a good match but it looked dull and opaque. Otherwise it felt light with excellent coverage from a v small amount. The day after it had been delivered I noticed that it had changed colour in the bottle with pink and purple streaking and was not starting off white at all. The colour still changed on application to match my skin tone but was not as advertised. Melanie from customer services assured me that this was normal - but I haven’t seen anyone else mention this in reviews. I don’t know if this is really to be expected or not. Anyway, because I was not 100% happy with the product they refunded me immediately and have sent very courteous and friendly emails. So 5* customer service. Just 1* off for the product as it seemed to have altered.
I am going to try the SPF 15 version to see if it gives a more ‘luminous’ finish.

Sadly have not received my order. 6 days now after ordering and I really needed it for tomorrow. More of a negative review of Evri rather than Boden but maybe they should use a more reliable courier service.

Good service but very poor plants received. Probably my misjudgement. 3x 9cm pots, 20cm plants for £30 ( recently visited a local market and could have bought 2l pot metre-high plants for the same - I should have waited!)

Had my 94 year old father’s prescription for over a week. Approved by GP 7 days ago. Still not dispatched. Father has not had his anti-hypertensive for 8 days. Absolutely not good enough. Unable to call company. Waiting for 38 customers ahead for live chat.
Just had email from new CEO to say how marvellous he is. Poor show.

Delivery was super quick. As it happened I realised that the lights were not going to be suitable before they arrived but Cox &Cox quickly arranged for them to be returned via the courier. My refund was not done in the time-frame suggested but as soon as I emailed them it was done at once. Excellent customer service and the lights looked as though they would have been lovely.

I have never had a problem with Hermes but today a parcel was not delivered because there was an 2 foot fence across our drive which the driver could have stepped over!
Now I am unable to find out where the parcel is. TERRIBLE website for help

Incredibly fast delivery and really nice stones. Unfortunately so quick they had been dispatched before I began to have second thoughts on the colour. They are nothing like the photo on the website (looked much darker online and had been photographed in the rain) Even though they had only got as far as the local depot I was told they would cost £600 to send back. To be fair I had read all T&C online so I can’t complain but for once they were too efficient.
Also despite informing when ordering that an 18 tonne lorry would not get down our lane they sent a 16 tonne lorry instead (not a 7 tonne lorry as It says!)
Pretty good though.

Great location in Sport Hotel in St Christoph but despite the same complaints for the past 5 years nothing has been done to improve
a: The WiFi
b: the food.
In fact the latter has deteriorated markedly this year to the point that we were served tinned spaghetti in tomato sauce as a starter (billed as 'Linguine with sun-dried tomatoes') The staff denied it was tinned and said the kitchen had spent time cutting up the spaghetti into short pieces before cooking it! LOL. The portion sizes were very small particularly the accompanying veg. e.g. 3 halves of new potato per person!! (Surely potatoes aren't that expensive) with said veg being brought out after everyone had been served their main plate and was therefore then cold.
The WiFi as ever is only accessible in the bar area and SO slow that it is impossible to download anything unless you get up at about 6am before anybody else is competing with you. Trying to book a flight while there was a nightmare. Interestingly, if on the correct side of the hotel it was possible to access the free Hospiz Alm wifi in your room but not the Hotel's!!!
The staff, I have to say, were very pleasant and helpful but clearly limited by what 'head office' allows and were all aware of the shortcomings.
I don't suppose Inghams will do anything about these things as they are secondary to the main purpose which is skiing - great access to lifts and runs and very easy for hiring gear will mean that punters keep coming back whatever. Myself included.

I had checked-out this camera physically before I bought it online and although it arrived in perfect condition and in a reasonable time I was disappointed with the software etc so wanted to return it in the 'cooling-off' 14 day return promise.
Several emails, phone-calls and online return form applications later I have still had NO contact from the company to facilitate this, only empty promises that the returns department will get back to me.
