Excellent service, excellent product — highly recommend.

I recently purchased the JTX Sprint, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the customer service. The machine is solid, smooth, and performs exactly as promised. The team at JTX Fitness were incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and made the whole experience effortless.

Overall, an excellent product backed by excellent service. I’m genuinely impressed and highly recommend JTX to anyone looking for quality fitness equipment.

Fantastic company to use for fitness equipment. This is the second bike i have purchased from them. The first one ( original Cyclo6) lasted 11 years. Easy to purchase new pedals from them by dropping them and email and not overpriced. Just purchased the Studio Pro and we paid for delivery and the assembly service. Both were a slick and friendly service. The bike is a fantastic piece of kit, very smooth and comfortable and built to last. I would recommend JTX to anyone who is thinking of purchasing new fitness equipment.

Strait forward experience, good delivery, good communication.

Really pleased with the treadmill- great quality, quiet and comfortable running on. Building it wasn’t quick but worth the stress. You definitely need two people to move it and we won’t be moving again (way to heavy) but trade off is the quality. The folding mechanism is fantastic - quality and easy. Had it a month or so and in use daily. Really happy with it.

I'm quite pleased with it to be honest. I was requested to review this via email 📨 and I thought I would at the very least say what I do know rather than forget to write a review since I have only had it assembled and in functional form for the past few days.
The JTX Zenith Rise is a heavy duty nice piece of equipment and well I still need to put more time into going through the possibilities settings and so on. I would say to summarise advice for future potential customers you should expect it to be quite a lot more fatiguing than a casual walk or something to that effect.
- It will target muscles much deeper with more resistance maybe as you could say of climbing stairs being more fatiguing+- or even more so. I need to keep at it and improve
work on my endurance and so on. But yes brilliant equipment overall but don't expect it to be anything like a walk in the park - it will have a higher difficulty factor which might not be everyones ideal but you can always take a short-medium rest in-between and restart. I imagine this will do wonders for toning your body and strengthening your body overall. Great, heavy duty, strong, nice screen modern features - but more akin to stair climbing difficulty factor from what I have experienced than a casual stroll/walk.

I’m not sure if this company is a scam. But they have delivered the wrong item TWO times. Umpteen phone calls, emails, time spent waiting on replacements all for them to mess up again. Their delivery company is also very sketchy. I have requested a full refund this time to be made immediately.

Customer service and quality control is rediculous.

I would avoid completely if I was you. There are far better reputable companies who will at least send you the correct products.

It’s also questionable whether the products are actually brand new.

Do not waste your time. Genuinely choose a better provider.

Deliver company they work with , BJS, is horrible, they don’t have customer service at all . Simply left the deliver at the reception

Just recently ordered the JTX Sprint 9 Pro for my home gym as I wanted a commercial style treadmill for a good price. This thing is built like a tank, as good as anything I’ve used in a commercial gym and can handle higher speeds comfortably. I didn’t need to waste money on a large touchscreen or interactive display, I wanted the basic metrics for performance and this gives me exactly that. The warranty you get from JTX is also a massive bonus and trumps any other manufacturers in the UK. Don’t hesitate to buy a treadmill if you’re on the fence. I’m looking forward to many years of use. Delivery was also really quick and efficient. All round great experience.

My new tredmill was delivered with one incorrect part, following a quick email they sent out a replacement part next day delivery. Great customer service and the tredmill seems well built 👍

Really easy to order, good information about the products and was delivered on time. So far haven't had any issues with the equipment, the treadmill is the best I've owned and I've had a few over the years. Great value for money, like running on a gym treadmill.

Excellent customer service in fact outstanding coupled with a very good product

Bought a Freedom Air rowing machine to replace a Roger Black machine that couldn't be repaired. JTX processed my order promptly over a weekend and on the Monday I received a phone call to arrange delivery for Wednesday, so the whole purchasing journey was completed within 5 days of placing my order on a Saturday evening.

The machine is sturdy and well-made, although it arrived in more pieces than I was prepared for. Even so, I assembled it in about an hour using the tools provided. It is a more than adequate replacement for the Roger Black machine and represents fantastic value for money.
