Food intolerance test is useless
Taking the test went smoothly, instructions were clear and I got the results within two weeks. However the test that I took, for 80 food intolerances, was worthless as it only detects what you have eaten, not what you have an intolerance for. The test is not scientifically proven and misleading. It should have never been provided as test on the website.

We understand your concerns regarding the Food Intolerance Test. The test does not simply show what you have eaten. It measures IgG antibodies to different foods, which reflect your immune system's response to foods you have been exposed to over time. In order for IgG antibodies to be present, your body must have been exposed to that food previously. If you have not eaten or been exposed to a particular food, there will naturally be little or no IgG antibodies against it, so no reaction would be expected.
The results are intended as guidance and should always be interpreted together with your symptoms and dietary history. Unlike food allergies, which often cause immediate reactions, food intolerances associated with IgG antibodies may present with more diffuse and delayed symptoms. These can vary from person to person and may include digestive discomfort, bloating, headaches, and fatigue.
If the test has not met your expectations, we'd really appreciate it if you contacted our support team. We'd be happy to review your results together with you, discuss them in more detail, and see what we can do to help. We want to make sure you feel satisfied with your experience. 💙

Kundeservice var venlig, forstående og valgte at sende mig en helt ny test uden beregning.
Det synes jeg vidner om god kundeservice og en virksomhed, der tager ansvar for sine kunder, også når årsagen til problemet ikke kan fastslås.

I made a boo boo…
I made an error that meant I would either have to order another test or get a replacement sent out. The A.I assistant made me freak out, it was that doom and gloom. It took around 24 hours to speak to a person, and in that time I was hyper-stressed, hence the four stars. The customer service though was amazing. Sorted everything out very quickly, no fuss. Just took awhile to reply, that's my only gripe. Otherwise I can't thank the customer service person enough.

I had a very positive experience with the customer service, they answered always fast, friendly and helpful. I wanted to cancel one of the tests I ordered because I didn't need it anymore but it was already dispatched and when it arrived I contacted them again and they gave me a refund

In general, if a laboratory is unable to analyze a sample for any reason, we always contact the customer to find a solution. Customers should not have to pay for an analysis that cannot be completed.
There are several reasons why a sample may not be analyzable. General examples include insufficient sample material / sampling instructions not being followed correctly.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a free replacement kit, a heavily discounted replacement kit (€10 towards the cost of the physical replacement kit, with us covering the remainder), or a refund. The appropriate solution depends on the specific situation, which is why we always try to communicate directly with the customer, a refund is ofcourse always possible.
In this case, we have attempted to contact you several times by email to help resolve the matter and have offered different solutions. These have included a replacement test kit or offering a refund. Unfortunately, we have only received responses such as "Scammers", which has made it difficult for us to assist further.
We genuinely want to help and resolve this matter for you, but we need the opportunity to have a constructive dialogue in order to do so. If you choose not to engage with our emails and instead only leave reviews, it becomes very difficult for us to help or find a solution.

No product 11 days after order
The order was processed and handed over to a courier only 3 days after payment. Now, 11 days later, it still has not arrived.
These tests are time-sensitive and need to be handled swiftly. The delay is preventing me from testing and starting the right treatment. I expected this to be a smooth and reliable process, but unfortunately it has not been.

Only way I can see this company having…
Only way I can see this company having any positive reviews is if they paid for them. My test came out with dodgy broken finger prick needles, luckily I had my own so I carried out the test sufficiently and sent it off to them. Then I waited over 3 weeks for them to email me with the results just to end up saying the test was not carried out correctly and they can not analyse my sample . Then had the audacity to say I can pay again to redo it. Zero customer service response.

If the lancets do not work properly, you are always welcome to contact our support team and we can send you new ones for free. We also have different lancet variants with different strengths, as some people naturally have more difficulty producing blood samples than others.
Regarding retesting, we only charge a small fee of £10 for a replacement test if the original sample cannot be analyzed due to instructions not being followed correctly. However, if you believe you followed the instructions correctly and are still unhappy with the situation, we are usually happy to offer a free replacement test after reviewing the case.
The laboratory requires all instructions to be followed carefully, especially important steps such as registering the test ID and attaching the test ID label to the sample. This is due to strict safety and identification procedures. For example, writing only a name on the sample is not sufficient, since multiple people can have the same name. We maintain the same high standards and strict identification procedures used in hospital laboratories to ensure samples are never mixed up.
If you believe you followed all instructions correctly, we absolutely want to investigate this further for you. We can contact the laboratory to request additional information, such as photos of the sample or a more detailed explanation of why it could not be analyzed, so we can verify that everything was handled correctly.

Paid over 500 EUR for their most expensive test, came back missing critical parameter and no help from anyone
I paid a large sum of money for their MEGA gut test. It came back missing one of the most important parameters I need for my medical follow ups (dysbiosis). I've now been in touch with their customer service for literally a month and a half and they still have not been able to give me an answer or offer me any solution, so at this point I've been patient beyond what's fair.. And I just have to leave a terrible review. Hopefully this way someone actually tries to help.
I pay for the most expensive test on their site, don't get what I pay for, and then I'm left ignored.... Great.
