Firstly, Customer Service. Straight forward, honest information and assistance given. Our Account Manager is Rebecca Hobson. She always answers her phone/ responds to emails. She patiently responded to my (many) questions, and gave me the confidence that our card transactions would be efficiently processed, which they are.
The application process is straightforward, and Rebecca kept us informed every step of the way.
The terminals are straightforward and easy to use, both in store and out on deliveries.
Settlement is very quick, and PCI requirements dealt with with minimum fuss.

ESTAFADORES TOTALES.
Vino el comercial y nos dijo un mes gratis y que vendria al cabo de un mes. Al cabo de un mes ya no vino, dejo la empresa y intentamos contactar pero nada. Queriamos darnos de baja pero no vino nadie ni pudimos contactar con el comercial porque habia dejado la empresa.
Al final nos quieren hacer pagar un importe de cancelación.....
Miren la letra pequeña no es oro todo lo que reluce.
NO SE HAGAN DE DOJO.

I was looking for months to try and find an affordable method of taking card payments both online and in person. I tried other brands and it didn’t fit, either because the systems were a head ache, rates were too high or customer service was a nightmare mare.
Along came outstanding Frankie from Dojo. From the offset her communication was brilliant, she even visited our motorcycle workshop to discuss in person. She tried her hardest to get me the best rates on the day and she didn’t disappoint.
Once sign up was completed, I received the machine in record time. I was already using the tap on phone payment method before machine arrived. Set up was easy.
The great thing about Dojo and the way they take their fees works really well for me. We get the entire amount that we take from the customer. Dojo then collect their fees 30 days later. Brilliant for us when we are buying parts for the jobs.
Frankie also keeps in touch and is always on hand for any support I need, a god send!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
Sound nice on beginning but after one year . They changing charges without inform you , if you make complain to them they could switch off your terminals in middle of day when you serving customers without notice and when you asking by phone what happened it is top secret that sound lady from customers service can not tell you . Just wait for contact from them .

One of the worst company you can ever have for your business there are so many hidden transaction fees in all the fees that I Don’t even explained to you at the beginning. Please avoid this Car machine service for your business.

Really disrespectful phone operators claimed to be a “specialist” that person is a specialist in being disrespectful. Avoid this company for your business.
