Free is subject to fair use, with usage limits based on running cost, and questions go to the community on Discord and GitHub.

Once you have more than one app in production, or people depend on your app, Cloud Standard is $99 per workspace a month. Each workspace runs three apps in production, and you get direct support by email and Discord. If your customers or your compliance team need the data to stay in your own cloud account, you can opt in to running Rekey there, managed for you, under an enterprise licence agreement.

Two calls and a shared checklist. By the end, your app signs users in on Rekey Cloud, one plan is live, and a test payment has gone through your own Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay account.

Moving existing users and subscriptions across is $990. Passwords hashed with bcrypt (cost 12 or below) come with them, so nobody has to reset one. Which subscriptions can move without a new checkout depends on where they live today, and that gets settled on the first call.
