Thankyou to Andy at FlySharp.
Made a booking recently. Was having difficulty to add 2 of the passenger details ( dob ) on Gulf Airlines website. Andy kindly confirmed the details that have already been added then added the remaining passenger details. Was told by Andy to check the airline website whilst on the phone and boom they were added.
Andy was very kind and polite which made me feel confident to book again in the future with FlySharp.

Avoid this company to book a ticket

Avoid this company to book a ticket. They simply take your money and sent you email saying that ticket is not available and refund after 72 hours or they ask you chose another date with extra money. Day light scam. Just avoid...

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with FlySharp.

I booked a flight from London to Jakarta today at around 8:00 PM. Then, at approximately 11:50 PM, I received a message saying that my flight could not be booked. The only options provided were to either travel two days later or request a full refund, which they said could take up to 72 hours to process.

This is extremely frustrating, especially for customers who have urgent travel plans. If the flight was not actually available, it should not have been offered for booking in the first place. Holding a customer's money for up to 72 hours after failing to secure the booking is unacceptable and causes unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend FlySharp to anyone. I will not be using their service again.

Flysharp and traveltrolley bait and switch merchants

Fly sharp and travel trolley are both the same company. Tried to book a ticket on through Skyscanner. When you go to the website the price changes. I still tried to book tickets on two separate occasions. After going through the payment process. I got emails saying these flight are not available and were offered random other dates. This happened twice on different ticket dates so I don’t think it is coincidence. Will not try to use again.

Not honest company

I bought tickets for the family £2145 they happily took the money only to get an email 48 hours later saying the fare was no longer available ,they try to offer an alternative ticket with 5 and half hour layover

Not flexible when they ask me to be...

I booked flights for myself and my partner, and was called a couple of hours later to be told that my seat was not available. My partner's flight was confirmed, but there was no room for me in Premium. I found a seat in Economy Delight, which AI told me was a better seat than economy, I could not see this from the FlySharp website, and £900 cheaper than the Premium seat, but FlySharp would not respond to voicemail, WhatsApp, or email requests to change the booking. I eventually got connected, and they said they could only refund £500 because the seat had already been confirmed at 8:48am, but it had actually been confirmed at 9:48, which had been done whilst I was trying to get connected. They refused the correct refund, and I'm now taking them to small claims court for a full refund, and will be booking with a competitor. Their margins are so tight, their customer service is extremely inflexible, even when the were asking me to be.

2 years later from our first 5* experience

2 years later, and Fly Sharp is still one of the very best online agent for booking flights. We booked with them again this time and still received similar benefits like 50kg luggage limit and free seat picking for our flight - you don't get these on high street agents (or at least I never found one as good as Fly Sharp).

Once again, if your planned travel is straightforward and does not require changes, than Fly Sharp is the perfect agent for you :)

Thanks again for making the entire booking experience so smooth!

I booked a Saudia Airlines ticket…

I booked a Saudia Airlines ticket through FlySharp after finding the fare on Skyscanner. I paid £463 by credit card and immediately received a booking confirmation and travel itinerary, which naturally made me believe my booking was confirmed.

The next day, after I contacted them because I had not received an e-ticket, I was told that the fare was no longer available with the airline and that they were “trying” to secure the ticket. Later, they cancelled the booking and processed a refund.

My biggest concern is not the refund. My concern is that they accepted my payment and sent a booking confirmation before they had actually secured the ticket with the airline. As a customer, this is misleading and caused unnecessary stress and wasted my time.

If the fare was not available, payment should never have been taken in the first place. Customers should not have to chase an agent to find out that their ticket cannot be issued.

I booked my ticket through FlySharp

I booked my ticket through FlySharp. I contacted their customer service to request a simple correction to my daughter’s surname. Instead of helping with the name correction, they told me that the only option was to cancel the ticket.

On top of that, they wanted to charge a £380 cancellation fee. They also quoted only the highest available fare for rebooking, even though this issue could have been resolved by assisting with the name correction.

This is very disappointing. A good customer service team should help customers with minor changes like this rather than forcing them to cancel and pay huge fees. The airline itself has no problem processing the correction, but FlySharp is refusing to assist. It feels like they are more interested in making money than providing proper customer service.

Very disappointed with the experience.

Norman has been very helpful.

Aarav has been very helpful during the booking process although there were few mistakes made that we realised after the confirmation of bookings. However, Norman got into the roots of the issue and resolved it ASAP. The experience hasn't been that great but slight changes in the booking process and customer service would make a huge difference to the customer experience.

1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with FlySharp.

I paid £1,657 for a holiday booking, believing everything was confirmed. Around 10 hours later, I received an email saying my booking had been cancelled because the seats were no longer available. If the seats weren't available, my payment should never have been taken.

Having £1,657 tied up while waiting 48–72 working hours (or longer, depending on the bank) for a refund is unacceptable. This left me unable to confidently make alternative travel arrangements and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Hiding behind terms and conditions that state fares are not guaranteed until tickets are issued does not excuse taking a customer's money when the booking cannot be fulfilled. A reliable booking system should confirm availability before accepting payment.

This experience has completely undermined my confidence in FlySharp. I expected a professional and reliable service but was left disappointed, out of pocket, and forced to start my holiday search all over again.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend FlySharp and will not be using their services again.

We booked to go on our dream holiday to…

We booked to go on our dream holiday to Japan with Flysharp, we were to fly LGW to China then to Japan.
About a week before we flew, flysharp sent an email saying our flight time had been amended, and did we respond via email agreeing to that change.
We got to Gatwick airport only to be told by China East that Flysharp did not book us onto the second leg of our flight. We called Flysharp who sent us different booking confirmation to what we had before. China East still said they did not book us on that flight. China East said the flight was fully booked and we would not be flying with them. We looked at other options but there was none other than BA which was to expensive and left two days later.
So we never made it to Japan. We lost money on trips we booked, JR pass, other transport.
Flysharp have refused to pay back part of our flight money, even though this is there error for not booking us on the flight we booked.
This was back in March, we have gone backwards and forwards on email, tried calling only to be told to put it in email. We haven't even received an apology.

Would not recommend.

Flight reschedule

I had a very disappointing experience with FlySharp after my return flights were rescheduled.

I was travelling with two children and staying far away from the airport, so I requested support with either a suitable alternative return flight or hotel accommodation. I also asked FlySharp to contact Virgin Atlantic directly and share the communication with me, including any request ID or tracking reference, so I could understand what options were being considered.

Virgin Atlantic was ready to consider an alternative option, but because FlySharp acted as the middleman, I had to go through them. Unfortunately, FlySharp said they did not have prices available for the Air India option and were not prepared to offer it.

They also refused to contact Virgin Atlantic, saying that I had chosen IndiGo as the connecting flight. This was very frustrating because Virgin Atlantic was still open to considering the request, but FlySharp, as the booking agent, was not willing to properly support or escalate it.

This left me in a very difficult position as a passenger travelling with children. I expected FlySharp to communicate properly with the airline, share the request reference, and provide written confirmation if the option was declined. Instead, the process felt unhelpful, rigid, and frustrating.

Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about booking through a middleman when flight changes are involved, as resolving issues becomes much harder than dealing directly with the airline.

Poor.

Poor. Promised a refund in writing, none has arrived.
Different story every time I contact them.
Blame the national airline for a refund fully and only under their control.
Very dubious practices.
Section 75 and maybe money claim now incoming.

Hi this fly sharp is disgusting pathetic and worst flights to book the staff kanika is very rude and unprofessional. They not helpful at all the harass you near the time of the flight and their behaviour is very bad. Just awarding the people not to book flights from fly sharp.

Terrible experience- Avoid at any cost

I paid extra for the full refund option when I booked my ticket, expecting to be protected in case of an emergency. Unfortunately, I had to undergo emergency surgery and was genuinely unable to travel.

I submitted every document they requested, including a doctor's note, a sick note, my hospital discharge summary, and even the email address of the hospital ward where I was admitted. Despite providing highly sensitive personal medical information and compromising my privacy, they kept asking for more documents. In total, I had to submit around seven different documents, and each time they came back with another request. This unnecessary back-and-forth made my recovery even more stressful.

In the end, they still rejected my refund request, despite all the evidence proving I could not travel.

Paying extra for the refund option turned out to be a complete waste of money. There is no respect for customers, no compassion during genuine emergencies, and no value for the additional protection they sell.

I would never book through FlySharp again and strongly recommend others avoid this site if you expect fair treatment or reliable customer service
