What will my idea cost to build?
The first useful version is the best place to start.
A landing page, a CRM and an AI product involve different amounts of work. Even two CRMs can have very different requirements.
Your credits pay for the AI work involved: planning, building, testing and revisions. The total depends on your features, the models used and how much you change along the way.

Cloud bandwidth is shared across the workspace's apps. Running apps and using services can consume credits in addition to building.

Your plan includes features and a monthly credit allowance. Your usage determines how far those credits go.
Check Billing to see your balance and usage. Add credits when you need more. Domain purchases and renewals charge your saved card separately. External services may also have their own charges.

- Running your app
- Cloud usage is measured by machine size, active time and stored data. These costs can continue between building sessions. Check the effective rates and any allowances in your workspace's Billing.
- Email and AI in your app
- These services use the same balance. Email delivery beyond the plan allowance and AI usage have their own metered rates.
- Domains and external services
- Check the quoted registration or renewal price and any external provider's usage fees.

Choose a package or enter an amount in Billing. Before paying, you see the price and the credits you will receive, including any package bonus.

Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from your latest top-up purchase. Buying credits does not change your subscription.
Optional automatic top-ups
You can enable auto-recharge for a saved card. Choose when it should trigger and the balance it should refill toward. Charges depend on your balance when each recharge runs and the minimum recharge amount.
Auto-recharge is a separate choice. You can change it or turn it off in Billing.
Questions before you choose
Can I try Playcode without paying?
Yes. Create a Free account without a credit card. Eligible signups receive trial AI credits. You can publish a static website on a Playcode address with Playcode branding, and keep any project private. Publishing an app with a backend and database or using a custom domain requires a paid plan.
Will my free website stay online when the trial credits run out?
Your published static website can stay online with Playcode branding. Trial credits pay for AI work; they are not a countdown on static hosting. Apps running on Playcode Cloud have separate plan and usage requirements.
Why can I use credits before a feature is finished?
Credits pay for the AI work performed, including investigation, implementation, testing and revisions. Some features need several passes. You can review your usage in Billing. If the agent keeps getting stuck on the same problem, contact our team with the project and what you expected to happen.
Does an annual plan give me all the credits at once?
No. You pay for the year upfront; subscription credits are added monthly.
Do unused credits roll over?
On monthly plans, unused subscription credits roll over at each monthly grant, with a rollover expiry one month after that grant. On annual plans, unused subscription credits can roll over until the subscription ends. Top-up credits, bonus included, last 12 months from your latest top-up, and each top-up moves the date for all of them. Credits that expire soonest are spent first, so top-up credits go last.
What happens if I run out of credits?
The agent stops, and your app's AI requests are refused until you add credits. Email your app sends past the plan's allowance is held, not sent. A Cloud app keeps running for 72 hours, then stops until the balance is above zero. A static website on Playcode Pages stays online. Auto-recharge can top up before you run out.
Can I cancel?
You can stop renewal in Billing. When you cancel at period end, your paid plan remains active until its displayed end date. After that, paid features end. Free static hosting with Playcode branding is separate from paid Cloud hosting. Remaining credits keep their applicable expiry rules, and domain renewals are managed separately.
Can I take my project elsewhere?
You own your project code. Export the whole project, tests included, and run it on any VPS. Moving a running app may also require transferring its database, files and connected services.
Can my team use the same plan?
Yes. Members can work together in shared projects with Viewer, Editor or Admin access. Billing belongs to the workspace, whose members share its plan and credits within its limits. Separate workspaces have separate billing; billing changes require workspace admin access.
What if I need a specific hosting location or data-processing terms?
Talk to our team before choosing your setup. We can review the request and explain what we can support. Any special arrangement, scope and pricing need to be agreed separately.
