Total scam. Instagram page that you can’t comment on, scam. Automated response on email, scam. Don’t buy from them.

This Company is a total con - in no circumstances touch them with a bargepole.

No delivery. Promised dates that are lies. A mobile number as 'contact point' on the web site that is disconnected. A so-called address in Covent Garden which is a virtual address, with a brass plate but zero presence by anybody.

This is a China-based scam. Beware.

Took ages to receive my order only to discover they sent the wrong item and in order to get a full refund they expect me to pay for shipping from the UK to China!

It’s a scam?????! Ordered lamps a month ago, found out they were coming from China when sent a tracking link. Got an email from Lasson after 3 weeks apologising for the delay. As I could see the lamps hadn’t left China, I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t have one until they were delivered and I returned them. Tracking still showing they are in China so I rang the website number - it’s dead. Sent an email but no reply…

I would genuinely implore anyone looking at their products to avoid at all costs.

We've order dozens of things from different companies for our new kitchen and experienced great service but this company is abysmal and now we're locked into having wall lights (if they every arrive) we do not want.

Poor Comms and service. Side step them in future!

Ordered the outdoor motion sensor wall light to be installed on our front entrance and I am loving it. It is energy efficient, works almost immediately and its black square shaped frame complements the wall perfectly. Got an extra saving of £50 in the sale.

SCAM. Delivery took over 1 month and when they finally arrived, we were missing half of the delivery. They refused to accept that we were underdelivered and have not offered any refund or redelivery, meaning we are short on lights. The lights that did arrive were poor quality. They were outdoor lights but allowed water ingress almost straight away. This company is a complete scam. They out fake positive reviews on their website but the reviews here clearly demonstrate how poor they are. DO NOT USE.

I hope my order arrives - been waiting weeks and still 3 more weeks estimated. I don't recommend them.

Ordered 5 weeks ago and still not even processed. Won’t refund me until they arrive at my house, but they still estimate 3 weeks until that might happen. Absolute joke hahahah

I am so pleased with the Scandinavian Wood Globe Wall Sconce. Sometimes online lighting looks cheap, but the wood grain on this is beautiful and solid. It gives our reading nook the ultimate cozy aesthetic.

Avoid at all costs, website is a complete scam and every email being replied to with an AI type generic email. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering as it appears everyone has had the same experience

June no package and no response from vender

Hopefully you are reading this prior to making an order. As at the time of providing this update I have yet to receive my order which was placed on 6th June. I have had an email confirming that there is a delay and subsequently I have asked for the order to be cancelled but this was denied as the item is at 'fulfillment' but I still do not have an ETA.

I ordered a light on 5th June and it's still not with me. When I complain I get emails to say one minute it's lost. The other minute it's on its way! I haven't been offered a return and have no faith that it will ever turn up. The tracking on the last email I had hasn't been updated since the day I ordered it.

ihave emailed several times asking when the lamps will be delivered, first 4 times the amswer is it is on the way, after 2 weeks still no delivery so I emailed to cancel the order, they emailed back " as your order is now fullfilled it cannot be cancelled "
so if its fullfilled it should be here with me but no still no delivery of any idea of when it may be delivered

Absolutely scam website, DO NOT BUY from them.
I ordered three lights from them, 14 days later, it is still showing processing, I asked to cancel the order, they refused to cancel because they told me they are still in transit but no evidence to show it. Once you buy from them, they will rip you off. Now I have no choice but ask my bank to raise a dispute.

I’m trying to Return my item: send it to China using the provided address and it couldn’t be delivered as the receiver is not on place! This is a scam from tip to toe: phone not answering, so generated images, poor quality goods ( I purchased wall mounted lamp order number 6759). In response to my emails regarding return they keep sending me AI generated replies with proof of delivery.

Easy to order. Arrived within the time frame. Quick response when I emailed customer support to check up on where my order was.
Product looks as advertised - we haven't fitted it yet but it looks good
