Privacy Policy

This policy covers the opensend.cc website. The opensend.cc application is self-hosted: the contacts, logs, and messages in your deployment stay on your server and we never see them. The one exception is Domain Connect signing, described below.

On this website we use DataFast for analytics, Cocomail for our mailing list, Stripe for sponsor payments, and Cloudflare R2 to store sponsor logos.

This site loads the DataFast analytics script. It records the pages you view, the referrer, your browser, device and approximate location, and sets first-party cookies so return visits and sessions can be counted. DataFast processes your IP address to work out location. We use these numbers to see which pages people read and where they come from.

Our server also reports requests from known AI crawlers, such as GPTBot or ClaudeBot, to DataFast. That covers the crawler's user agent, IP address, and the page it requested. Requests from people are not reported this way.

A content or tracker blocker that stops the DataFast script opts you out of browser analytics. The site works the same without it.

When you join the waitlist, your email address is stored as a contact in Cocomail, our email service. We use it to tell you when Cloud is ready.

Stripe processes sponsor payments. We never see your card details. From Stripe we receive your email address, the tier you bought, and your checkout and subscription IDs.

When you send in your logo, we store your company name, website, category, logo files, email address, and those Stripe IDs in Cloudflare R2. Your company name, website, and logo are shown publicly on this site. Your email address is also added to Cocomail so we can reach you about your sponsorship.

When a subscription ends, your logo comes off the site. We keep the record as part of our sponsor history until you ask us to delete it. Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires.

The application's Auto configurebutton lets some DNS providers fill in a domain's records. Unless the installation sets its own signing key, it sends the request to this site to be signed. The request contains the domain name, its Amazon SES DKIM tokens, the mail-from subdomain, and the AWS region. We sign it and send it back. We do not store it, but like any request it may appear in server logs.

The servers that host this site may record standard request logs, including IP address, user agent, and the requested URL. We use them to keep the site secure and to fix errors.

Besides the analytics cookies, the site saves your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. Fonts are served from this site, so loading a page does not contact Google Fonts.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train models. We only email you with replies, waitlist updates, and messages about a sponsorship you bought.

Email info@panarastudios.in to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, or to come off the waitlist. We act on requests within 30 days. Records we must keep for payments or taxes stay with Stripe.
