I ordered too many neck fans by accident so needed to cancel one lot and ask for a refund. I was kindly given a refund for all purchases and still received the fans to keep. Great service.

We booked our hire car through hertz online and paid £85.81. We assumed that this would be the final cost unless we required anything else once we collected. We ended up having the super cover insurance which confused me a bit as I thought we were coveted. They said it was £29. It shows up on our rental record as £75.96. So I'm assuming this was £29 per day!! We were not told this. It says on our rental record that our estimated rental charge is £181.96 I don't even get how they got to this figure. I have asked for a proper emailed receipt and not received one. We haven't a clue what has actually been taken off our cc as it does not show yet. Definately not an upfront company about costs. We came back with a full tank so we are hoping that gets taken off the costs.

Very helpful. Have ordered 3 photo mugs. One had a mistake. Photobox were very apologetic and sent me another mug within days. Very happy with their service.
