Electric Spray Air Cushion Massage Comb, I ordered 2 orders by mistake ( 2 for 99.45) on June 23/26 @ 21:02 and was charged $203.87 and guess what I never did received anything yet, They said I would get a notice when they get shipped but I never did, boy but these people really know how to rip off people work hard for their money. All I want is my money to be put back into my card, they can't say they can't do it because they had no problem taking my money right?

Ordered a product that did not live up…
Ordered a product that did not live up to the commercial. I emailed customer support and they immediately refunded what I paid, and I did not have to return the product (avoiding postage costs). Even though the product wasn’t good, I found the customer service response time and handling outstanding.

I ordered a product from this website 2 weeks ago. I haven’t heard from them since except for an email with a tracking number that does not actually track my order. It shows to be an invalid order. I highly doubt at this point that I will even receive what I paid for. I am disgusted with this company and highly disappointed in them for not sending me what I paid for. Huge scam
So they let you order but not change your address and when you email about it they said no it will to your new address. But the is a lie, I ordered something from and got an email saying it was delivered however I didn’t recieve it as they sent it to an address I have had in 6 years so there is no way of me getting it. So I emailed them about he issue that o had also gave my new addresss for, and their reply was it was delivered. I truly believe this is a huge scam as now I can’t get a hold of anyone. So I am out my product and I am out my money of 113.16. HUGE SCAM!! If I could have gave them a negative number for a review I would as they deserve a -5

I placed an order with this company, and by mistake I ordered three items instead of one. As soon as I realized my error, I emailed them to explain what happened and asked if they could adjust the order to just one item. I got an immediate reply saying they would take care of everything and that I’d receive a refund. Absolutely fantastic service — truly impressive!

The product I ordered (quick effect coating agent) does absolutely nothing to my paint . I applied as stated in the instructions and waited to wipe off & it did not bring back the shine . Also I bought their special buy 3 get 2 free , the bottles were not as advertised. I received 5 bottles that are 120ml the bottles in the add were much larger.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them
I believe everything they sell is NOT GENUINE but FAKE. Nearly all positive reviews of Moonycozy are about returning goods and been refunded. And not everyone gets refunded, looking at the negative reviews. I received products 2 weeks later, the organic golden castor oil was but a “perfumed” diluted seed oil or serum and nothing close to the thick castor oil that I know. The rose quartz roll applicator was but a cheap plastic ball roll. I have zero confidence to apply this stuff onto my skin. Very disappointed to have spent £39.67 on something that wasn’t genuine and I can’t use it. Waiting to hear from them and for my refund.
