Very unhelpful
Very unhelpful, made a mistake with ordering and tried to cancel the order, they said they would not cancel the order and to send it back with the courier to get a refund. we sent it back with the courier and they are now saying we have to chase it down and sort it out ourselves. not cool guys :(

This company are a scam
This company are a scam. My 12 year old son purchased a helmet from them which was incorrect. Contacted them immediately within 30 mins they said they couldnt cancel the purchase red flag. They said to refuse the delivery and when they received the return they would refund. We have proof of refused delivery from courier they still will not refund and are saying its our responsibility to sort this with the courier. It is not our responsibility to chase the courier. Very disappointed with your service
Very disappointed with your service ! I was told at the pick up point that I needed to change my name from Eddie to Edward by contacting the distributör ! They refused to change my name and therefore I never got the cap I ordered. Won’t use them again !

Unfortunately, the pickup points are mandated to always leave the parcel to the name noted on the ID or in the passport.
We can absolutely see how Eddie/Edward and the same last name "should" pass but their staff have rules they are mandated to follow.
This is not something we can change or affect.
Names and delivery addresses cannot be altered - this is not a rule made by us, but by the postal services of Sweden, to protect customers.
Therefore, the best thing is to use the name on your ID when placing an order.
