Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with NotchPop. If NotchPop does not perform as expected, has unresolved compatibility issues with your Mac configuration, or does not fit your daily workflow, you are eligible for a 100% full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.

We offer an unrestricted free trial so you can thoroughly evaluate NotchPop before spending money. We encourage you to test the app on your actual Mac hardware and multi-display setup to verify that:

• Your computer is running macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer.
• NotchPop snaps cleanly to your screen or external display.
• You are comfortable with the macOS permissions required for your chosen features (such as Calendar, Media, or Accessibility).

Refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase are approved for reasons including:

• Persistent bugs, performance issues, or crashes that our support team cannot promptly address.
• Incompatibility with your display setup or hardware configuration.
• Accidental duplicate purchases or incorrect license tier selection.

Refund requests made after the 14-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

To request a refund, please reply directly to the receipt or confirmation email received from our payment provider (Polar, Stripe, or Dodo Payments), or contact us with the following details:

• The email address used during purchase.
• Your order ID or payment receipt number.
• Your Mac model and current macOS version.
• A brief note explaining why NotchPop wasn't a great fit for you.

Please never include sensitive passwords, private integration keys, or confidential personal information in your messages.

Our team reviews incoming refund requests within 1 to 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is immediately issued back through your original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution or credit card provider, the refunded funds will typically appear on your statement within 3 to 7 business days.

When a refund is completed, the associated license key is automatically revoked and deactivated. You agree to uninstall the application and cease active usage on any registered Mac devices.
