Using the tools

Our image converter, compressor and related tools are provided free of charge for your personal and commercial use. You may convert and compress your own images, or images you have the right to use. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any file you process.

No warranty

The tools are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. While we work hard to keep them accurate and reliable, we cannot guarantee that every conversion will be perfect for every file or that the service will always be available. Always keep a copy of your original files.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolBench is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the tools, including any loss of data. Because processing happens entirely in your browser, your original files remain on your device throughout.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to process illegal content, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to misuse it in any way that harms others. We may restrict access if the service is abused.

Intellectual property

The site design, code and content belong to ToolBench. The files you process belong entirely to you — we claim no rights over them, and never receive them.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
