Building

PowerBot is taking most of my time. It is a multi-tenant platform for launching Telegram bots from templates or from a description in plain language, currently in private beta. The interesting part is the runtime: an actor per bot, each supervised independently, with sandboxed template execution, secrets, translations, cron jobs and metered access to Telegram, HTTP, search, storage, media and LLM capabilities.

QRLink is live at qrlink.my. Dynamic QR codes and short links you can repoint after printing, with analytics behind them.

Shipping smaller things

A handful of tools that came out of my own workflow: srcmap for giving coding agents structured context, click-to-source for jumping from a rendered element to its source file, and desktop apps like transcribe and mp3fy that keep work on your own machine instead of someone else's server.
