mise daemons restart

[experimental] Restart project daemons

Installs missing tools first and selects daemons as mise daemons start does: with no names, the default group when the project declares one, otherwise every project daemon. A changed daemon declaration takes effect on restart. Other flags pass through to pitchfork restart.

Arguments

• [ARGS]… — Daemon names (short, such as api, or qualified, such as shop/api), --group NAME, and flags passed to pitchfork
