What does each plan include?

Free is $0, with 5 files at a time, each detectable for 6 months, up to 5 MB per file and PDFs up to 10 pages. Starter is $9.99 per month, with 50 files at a time, detectable until you delete them, up to 10 MB per file and PDFs up to 50 pages. Pro is $19.99 per month, with no active-file cap, detectable until you delete them, up to 20 MB per file and PDFs up to 100 pages, plus up to 5 active videos, each up to 2 minutes and 20 MB. Business is $49.99 per month for one shared workspace, with no active-file cap, PDFs up to 500 pages, video up to 10 minutes and 100 MB, and the mark and detect API. Enterprise is a custom quote with those same limits, the API, SSO (OIDC + SAML), and a contract. Annual billing is 10 times the monthly price. This is a cap on active files, not a monthly upload quota.

How is a personal plan different from a shared workspace?

Starter and Pro are for one person. Business and Enterprise add a shared workspace. Invitations and new marks there need an active Business or Enterprise plan.

What happens if you cancel?

Downgrading to Free, or turning Business off, keeps the current plan until the end of the paid period. A personal downgrade keeps the newest files that fit and pauses the rest. Turning Business off keeps current files detectable for 30 days after access ends. Canceling does not delete your account or your file records. Deleting a file ends detection for that file.

Is there a free trial?

Starter, Pro, and Business include a 14-day free trial, card required, cancel anytime. Checkout collects a card, and the first charge comes after the trial. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged. Monthly and annual billing both include the trial.
