KeepMD's OCR feature uses KeepMD Vision to scan and extract text from medical documents, prescriptions, lab results, and insurance cards. Cloud processing only runs after explicit consent, through the KeepMD Cloud proxy, with no provider keys in the app.
KeepMD supports Apple Health and Withings device connect through KeepMD Cloud for supported weight, blood pressure, and heart-rate readings. KeepMD is also preparing Google Health Connect for data like heart rate, sleep, activity, and glucose. Direct Garmin, Oura, WHOOP, and other device connections are planned or partner-gated; use Apple Health or Health Connect when those apps write data there.
