Esperienza vergognosa con Timex.

Reso effettuato il 13 maggio e, a distanza di settimane, il rimborso non è mai arrivato. State trattenendo soldi che non vi spettano, senza fornire alcuna spiegazione.

Il servizio clienti è una presa in giro: solo chatbot automatici che rispondono in modo inutile e ripetitivo, senza risolvere nulla. Parlare con una persona reale sembra impossibile.

È inaccettabile che un’azienda del genere ignori completamente i clienti dopo aver incassato. Zero serietà, zero assistenza, zero rispetto.

Comportamento scorretto e gestione indecente. Da evitare senza alcun dubbio.

My new watch just didn't start, it would not work at all. The watchmaker said that it needed a new clockwork....! Don't buy!

I received a watch from JustWatches on 25th June, after paying 13000 INR. Just 8 days later, the same watch is selling for significantly lower price of 10000 INR.

I contacted the customer support to request a price adjustment for the 3000 INR difference, which is a standard practice for consumer centric brands. They completely refused.

Penalizing customer for buying a product right before a sudden and major price drop, is very poor customer retention strategy and shows clear lack of goodwill.

I will strongly advise future buyers to look out of volatile price drops and think twice before buying from JustWatches, as you might lose thousands overnight with no post purchase support.

They cancelled order, however after seeing the reviews I think that is lucky for me.

Bought a Timex weekender, it worked fine for a few days then the light stopped working after a week or so. The calendar does not work properly and never shows the correct day, the hands just stop running every now and then, only to start again later. Absolutely unreliable piece of junk. Do not buy.

I purchased a Timex watch and after 3 months, the watch band broke making it unwearable. After contacting Timex Canada I found it to be a nightmare and very difficult to acquire warranty. Finally after several more months and many, many emails and phone calls to them, I finally received a replacement Timex watch, since mine could not be repaired.

Their warranty service is unacceptable, worse than pulling teeth, and I'd never recommend anyone purchase a TIMEX watch !!!

Timex is unethical and borderline crooked. Customer care does not reply after they have made commitments by proceeding with a cancellation request. Also make sure you read the very fine print as you are liable for Import Tax after paying their tax over and above the price they advertise at. If something had to go wrong with your watch you will also be liable for shipping it back to them. Stay far far away. Stick to brands like Seiko and Tissot for affordable watches.

I ordered an Easy Reader but after two days it hadn't shipped. The apparently AI response wasn't helpful and then I read the reviews here. After five days I gave up and assumed I was one of those who wasn't going to be happy. On the sixth day I got the DHL notification and the watch arrived according to their delivery schedule. It was as ordered, well packed and so far is working fine.

About 40 days into my purchase, my Timex Adrenaline watch starts doing a complete reset when I try to reset the timer, making me have to reset the date and time again. The Analog watch isn't any more reliable -- sometimes it will just stop temporarily and start again. I'll look at my watch and see the analog time, then realize it's 15 minutes behind actual time.

So I called Timex for a warrantied repair. They told me I could send it in and it would take them about 3 MONTHS to repair it and get it back to me. 3 MONTHS, because they have to forward it to the Philippines for repair via the cheapest means possible. That is a ridiculous about of time to wait on a warrantied repair.

Awful service, webiste checks out without any confirmation then they can’t do any amendments/cancellations even if you contact them immediately. Chocking customer service, avoid completely.

Your watch will break and.....

In warranty repairs still cost money - wrap your head around that.

I would have given 0 starts if possible, very bad customer support, its been 12 days my order has been returned and showing deleivered to them.
When email them its an AI chat bot which replies back with nonsense message, no contact from their support team.
Wont be recoomending the barnd to anyone.

I’m still waiting for a response on my original review and the 209.00 they were supposed to refund me three weeks ago! Do not use this company. Others offer the same product and have much better customer service. Avoid this company!

Truly appalling service. We bought my daughter a watch with a unicorn pattern on it. After just 3 weeks the pattern has worn off.

We specifically went with timex instead of a cheap Amazon watch so she'd have a better quality watch. When she got it she absolutely loved it! Unfortunately timex don't care that she's now spent 2 days crying over this and has barely slept. All because their quality is rubbish.

She got the watch as a reward for completing reading challenges. She spent ages choosing the one she wanted and even longer earning it.

Upon contacting timex they just gave me another email to contact rather than sorting it themselves. No sorry, no empathy, nothing. You are one company, do your job and sort it out!

Do not buy from them!

I’m a life long fan of Timex. I’ve seen some negative reviews about Customer Service and all can say is I have ALWAYS had good experiences with Timex CS. Just recently I purchased two ‘Timex Kids’ watches w/ the NASA logo and the hands labeled ‘Hour’ and ‘Minutes’ respectively. After placing my online order I realized standard shipping might take 7-10 days (though all my deliveries arrive sooner than that) so I tried to expedite after the sale but the order was in no-man’s land between vendor and shipper.
I called Customer Service - my call was taken immediately - no wait time, no Muzak. Straight to a CSA. On my initial query the agent explained that with the order still between purchase and shipping it wasn’t possible to expedite….yet.
I tried back the next day and was told Timex would do their best, but expectations were politely level-set. As in; it’s a long shot, but we’ll try.
I received the watches just TWO DAYS after contacting CS. I was thrilled. I can trust Timex to be candid and trustworthy in every interaction.
Grateful to know a renowned brand is in my corner.

I purchased a Timex automatic in September 2025 online, only to have it stop working in March of 2026. I sent it back to be fixed under warranty. They cannot find my order, even with me providing the order number, email address it was sent under and model number of the watch! The customer service bot and I have been back and forth for a month now, delay after delay, so they don't have to fix the watch under warranty, and they have now charged my Visa for $19.99 which was not authorized.

Timex is not the Timex of quality watch makers that it used to be. A watch maker advised me to buy Seiko for their quality and best customer service. I regret buying a Timex.

Warte seit einer Woche auf ein Retourenlabel. Passiert nichts.

arrived broken as BD present, got not real solution, feels like talking with AI bot. I've bought something else locally and need to drive 20 minutes to pick up location to return the item and get partial refund. not recommended at all, be smart!

I've just chucked my Timex in the dustbin after 1 year and a bit use . Customers services said I could have it repaired if I was to wait up to 3 months . I feel sorry for the staff at customers services there hands are tied . So please please buy a watch that's going to last . Do you remember the days when watches used to last .
