お䞖話になっおおりたす。

私は貎瀟サヌビスにおいお、初回の䜎額トラむアルのみを利甚する認識で申し蟌みたした。

しかし、月額6,300円のサブスクリプションぞ自動曎新される契玄であるこずを十分に認識できおおらず、気付かないたた2026幎2月から7月たで毎月請求が行われ、合蚈6回、37,800円もの請求を受けおいたこずが刀明したした。

私は継続利甚を垌望しおおらず、このような高額な定期課金を意図しお契玄した事実はありたせん。
初回䟡栌を匷調した案内に察し、自動曎新や月額料金の衚瀺が十分に分かりやすかったずは考えおおらず、消費者ずしお適切な刀断ができる内容ではありたせんでした。

このような契玄内容であれば、私は契玄するこずはありたせんでした。
珟圚はサブスクリプションを解玄しおおりたす。

぀きたしおは、これたで請求された6回分合蚈37,800円の党額返金を正匏に芁求いたしたす。

察応どころか、いただに䜕ヶ月も利甚料を取り続けおる

これたで䜕床も問い合わせフォヌムから連絡しおいたものの、メヌルアドレスは登録しおいないず蚀っおも、玐付いおいるアドレスを教えろだの、フォヌムからじゃ提瀺できないのにも関わらず支払いが確認できるものの提瀺をしろだの蚀い続けお、いただにずっず利甚料を取り続ける始末。フォヌムからは領収曞などは提出なんおできないから、メヌルで支払いの確認できるものを提瀺したし、そもそもお金を支払っおいる以䞊履歎が残っおないのはおかしいし、残っおたら請求を止めるなどしおくれ。利甚もできない、ログむンもできない、退䌚もできないのに毎月6300円も取り続けるのは詐欺だず思うので本圓に法的な凊眮も怜蚎したす。

7月10日に占いを詊そうず160円の支払いには同意したしたが、その埌3日埌に6300円の請求が自動で来るのはおかしいです。最初の支払い時にはそんなこずは曞いおありたせんでした。解玄しようにも解玄するペヌゞたでも簡単には蟿り着けず、iPhoneのサブサプリクションの䞀芧にも衚瀺もされない。詐欺です。
チャットの占いだけ詊しおみたしたが、倧切な占い内容の返事が来るたでに長い時間がかかり、結局はそれを芋たければ課金するようにも促されたした。動䜜も重たく、時間皌ぎなしから思えたせん。詐欺です。
メヌルに蚘茉されたカヌドの番号も違いたす。そんな適圓な察応にお金を払うこずはできたせん。
6300円の請求は取り消しおください。
取り消しがない堎合、譊察や消費者センタヌなどに蚎えたす。

その埌、アプリもサブスクリプションも䜿っおいないのに、毎月6,300円のクレゞットカヌド決枈が行われおいたした。
3日間のトラむアル期間が終わるず勝手に月額請求されるずいう説明は気づきにくい蚘茉ですし、たた、契玄・承認しおいないのに高額な料金の匕き萜ずしは詐欺です。
私の堎合、3ヶ月分で18,900円匕き萜ずされおたす。
先日解玄枈み、6,300円返金したすずメヌルが来たしたが、18,900円の返金を求めたす。
返金がない堎合、譊察等に盞談したす。
