Nog nooit heb ik zo lang moeten wachten…
Nog nooit heb ik zo lang moeten wachten op een retour van een online webshop. Op de website staat dat een retour binnen 5 werkdagen wordt verwerkt, maar ik wacht inmiddels al langer dan een hele week en er is nog steeds niets gebeurd.
Ik heb meerdere keren gemaild en krijg telkens hetzelfde antwoord: dat ik nog een paar dagen moet wachten. Maar ondertussen blijven die “paar dagen” zich maar herhalen en heb ik nog steeds mijn terugbetaling niet ontvangen. Zelfs als ik nog langer wacht, lijkt er niets te veranderen.
Erg slecht geregeld. Ik bestel hier niet snel nog een keer.

Bedankt dat je de tijd hebt genomen om je ervaring met ons te delen. Het spijt ons dat je deze ervaring hebt gehad.
Volgens ons retourbeleid worden retouren binnen 10 werkdagen na ontvangst verwerkt. Zodra de retour is gecontroleerd en goedgekeurd, wordt de terugbetaling binnen 5 werkdagen uitgevoerd.
We zien dat jouw retour helaas nog niet door onze retourafdeling is verwerkt, waardoor de terugbetaling nog niet in gang kon worden gezet. Inmiddels hebben wij hierover contact opgenomen met onze retourafdeling en gevraagd om je retour met spoed te behandelen, zodat de terugbetaling zo snel mogelijk kan worden uitgevoerd.
Onze oprechte excuses voor de vertraging en het ongemak. We begrijpen dat dit vervelend is en doen ons best om dit zo snel mogelijk voor je op te lossen.
We wensen je een fijne dag!

Ich habe erst kürzlich das erste Mal…
Ich habe erst kürzlich das erste Mal bei diesem Shop bestellt und bin total begeistert. Es hat alles super mit der Lieferung geklappt.
Außerdem hält der Händler ein sehr interessantes Portfolio vor, weil sie unter anderem auch japanische Marken anbieten und diese sind nicht leicht zu beziehen und das noch zu einem guten Preis. Bitte nehmt diese Marken nie raus und würde mich um so mehr darüber freuen, wenn noch weitere dazu kämen, wie z. B. CUREL. Ungeachtet dessen trefft ihr auf eine super Auswahl von K - Produkten und das Team scheint auch sehr viel Wert darauf zu legen, zufriedene Kunden zu haben. Zur heutigen Zeit sicher nicht mehr selbstverständlich.
Insgesamt bin ich total happy, durch einen Zufall an diesen Shop geraten zu sein. Bitte macht weiter so und freue mich jetzt schon auf weitere Bestellungen. Vielen Dank.
