I have been using Churchill for my car…
I have been using Churchill for my car insurance for a few years.
Since I have been using them I've had a few issues regarding my car insurance policy not only was this frustrating but also challenging! But to be fair Churchill have now resolved the issue making it super easy to renew and change my policy online.

Pointless Customer Service
My 87yr old mother in law received a letter saying that the emails being sent to her were bouncing back, and she urgently needed to go online to view important policy documents for her buildings and contents insurance.
My mother in law has never in her life had an email address and does not have internet. On contacting Churchill it was a nightmare trying to sort this issue out and the on hold music is absolutely disgusting and ear piecing even on speaker phone with the volume down.
The customer service agent was totally useless and could not explain how any email address had been added to her insurance account details.
Presumably this has now been corrected and they will communicate by post in future not to an unknown email address but, I’m not holding my breath.

We have been Churchill customers for a number of years. One of the plus for churchill is that you can telephone and get a member of staff who are always very helpful.
On the down side is that Churchill increase the price considerably between renewals with no real explanation of how this figure is arrived at.
