Mi sono iscritto al servizio di Astroline pagando 1€ per una prova iniziale, con l'impressione che si trattasse di un'offerta semplice e senza vincoli. Ho successivamente annullato l'iscrizione nei tempi previsti, convinta che non ci sarebbero stati ulteriori addebiti.
Inoltre, provando a rimuovere il metodo di pagamento dal sito, non è stato possibile cancellarlo
Con grande sorpresa e frustrazione, ho invece riscontrato un addebito di 48,79€ sul mio conto, senza alcun preavviso chiaro o consenso esplicito a un rinnovo a pagamento di tale importo.
