The service

Interview Fury is an AI assistant that transcribes a live video interview, reads your screen when you ask, and shows you suggested answers in its desktop app. It is a tool to support your own preparation and performance — the words you speak are yours.

Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Interview Fury.
• You are responsible for keeping your login and session links private. A session link grants access to that session.
• One account is for one person and their own calls. On an account that includes the Coach Console, you may let someone you trust sign in to follow your call in it, but do not share your account so that other people can run their own sessions, unless we have agreed that with you, as we do with companies and training institutes.

The Coach Console

The Coach Console lets someone signed in to your account follow a live session, with its transcript and the call audio, and send hints that appear in Interview Fury. It comes with company and institute accounts. We may also offer it on other accounts, and we may change which accounts have it. If we stop offering it on all accounts, sessions and Unlimited passes bought before then keep it, unless we withdraw the Coach Console altogether. A session that is already running keeps what it started with either way. We may switch it off for an account that misuses it.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Interview Fury lawfully and to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any interview, employer, exam, or platform you participate in. Some organisations prohibit outside assistance; it is your responsibility to know and respect those rules.

Recording, transcription and consent

To do its job, Interview Fury captures the audio playing on your computer — which includes your interviewer's voice — and converts it to text. In plain terms: using this product means you are recording and transcribing your interview. Please read this section carefully, because the law on that varies by where you and the other people on the call are.

• You may not use Interview Fury to record, transcribe, monitor, process or otherwise capture any conversation, meeting, call or interview without first obtaining every notice, disclosure and consent required by law, or by any employer, institution, platform or other person involved in that interaction.
• Where notice, disclosure or consent is required before a conversation is recorded, transcribed or assisted by AI, obtaining it is your sole responsibility — not ours.
• Many places allow you to record a conversation you are part of. Others require everyone on the call to agree first — including California, Illinois, Washington, Florida, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Maryland, and much of the EU and UK. Recording without that agreement can be a criminal offence as well as grounds for a civil claim.
• In practice, where all-party consent applies, asking something like "do you mind if I record this for my own notes?" before you begin is usually enough. The consent that is required concerns the recording itself, so you do not have to disclose that you use Interview Fury in order to obtain it.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Interview Fury complies with every law that applies to you, including laws governing recording, wiretapping, consent, privacy, data protection, confidentiality, employment, education, examinations, and unfair or deceptive practices.
• You may not use Interview Fury to impersonate anyone or misrepresent who is answering, and you may not use it in an examination, assessment, certification or other setting where AI assistance or outside aid is prohibited or must be declared. This mirrors our Acceptable Use Policy.
• If your use of Interview Fury breaks any of the above and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting costs, to the extent the law allows.

Payments

• Sessions are sold per interview at the price shown at checkout (₹499 for a session of up to 3 hours at the time of writing), processed by Razorpay.
• A session's time starts when you first launch it in Interview Fury and keeps running until the session ends, even if you close the app. Ending a session early does not return the unused time.
• You can also buy an Unlimited pass at the price shown at checkout (₹15,000 at the time of writing), processed by Razorpay. For 30 days from purchase it lets you run any number of sessions, one at a time, each up to the standard session length (3 hours at the time of writing).
• Each session on a pass must be launched before the pass ends. A session launched in time runs for its full length.
• The Unlimited pass is a one-time payment. It does not renew automatically. Promo codes cannot be used on it.
• The pass is tied to your account. Its code works only on that account and cannot be transferred. If you delete your account, the pass ends without a refund.
• If you share your account or your pass so that other people can run sessions, or run sessions for other people, we may revoke the pass without a refund. Revoking a pass ends any session running on it.
• The Unlimited pass is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• When we offer a free trial, it is available once per account. Deleting an account and signing up again with the same email address does not give you another. We may offer free minutes every day instead of, or as well as, a free trial, and we can change or end either offer at any time.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Refer a friend

• When we run our refer-a-friend programme, you can share your personal invite link from your dashboard. A friend who creates a new account through it gets a one-time discount on a session, shown at checkout (20% at the time of writing) and valid for 30 days.
• When your friend's first purchase has gone 7 days without a refund, you get one free session: a code on your dashboard, valid for 60 days. You can earn up to 3 free sessions a month and 10 in total.
• Invites are for other people. Inviting yourself, signing up more than once, or posting your link where it counts as spam is not allowed, and we can withhold or take back rewards when that happens. If your friend's purchase is refunded, an unused reward is taken back.
• Discounts and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We can change or end the programme at any time; rewards already given stay valid until they expire.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as we improve the product.

Limitation of liability

Interview Fury is provided "as is". AI-generated suggestions can be wrong or incomplete — always use your own judgement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session or pass in question.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; significant changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. When a change is significant, we ask you to accept the updated terms on our website before you can buy, start a free session, or launch a session for the first time; a session that has already started is not interrupted.
