For DevOps engineers

Real-time interview help for DevOps engineers

DevOps and platform interviews are scenario-heavy: "a deploy just took prod down — what do you do?", "design the CI/CD for 40 microservices", "why is this pod CrashLooping?". Interview Fury keeps you structured through them — transcribing the scenario live and, on one hotkey, streaming a structured, first-person response grounded in the stack on your resume.

Incident scenarios, structured

Debugging and outage questions get a structured, first-person answer on screen that you can talk through calmly, instead of a scattered one.

Kubernetes & CI/CD depth

Scheduling, networking, Helm, GitOps, pipeline design, artifact strategy — the deep-dive questions get crisp framings as soon as you ask for an answer.

Infrastructure design rounds

For "design our platform" rounds, a structured answer streams on screen, grounded in the stack in the job description, so you can lead the discussion.

This is how it looks in a live interview — except there, the question arrives through your call audio, you press a key (or turn on auto-answer), and the answer is written from your resume.

Sample answers, written from a sample resume (Priya, frontend developer, 3 years). In your session, every answer is built from your resume and the job you're interviewing for.

What DevOps interviews test

Loops usually mix hands-on depth (Linux, containers, Kubernetes, one cloud), delivery tooling (CI/CD, IaC like Terraform, GitOps), a design round (platform or reliability architecture — the system design framework maps well), and incident scenarios that test how you think under pressure. Interviewers care about ordering — what you check first and why — and that only gets reliable with practice out loud.

Practise the pressure, not just the facts

Scenario rounds reward reps. Run realistic drills out loud with AI mock interview practice, and prepare the human side — on-call conflicts, postmortem stories — with the STAR method guide so the behavioural round is as strong as the technical one.

Frequently asked questions

Does it help with live troubleshooting scenarios?+

Yes. When the interviewer describes an outage or a broken deploy, press the hotkey and a structured, first-person answer streams on screen — you reason through it in your own words.

Can it read a shared terminal or YAML on screen?+

Yes. Press the Scan hotkey and Interview Fury reads shared terminals, manifests, and pipeline configs and proposes what to check or fix. See features.

Which stacks does it cover?+

Whatever the job description names — Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, Terraform, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and more. Paste the JD and your resume, and answers use that stack.
