I am very disappointed with my experience with Zizobet.

I had a duplicate account issue that I was not aware of. I only found out about the second account when Zizobet contacted me, and they then closed that account. I was unable to access it afterwards.

Later, I used a promotional code on my remaining account. The code was accepted by Zizobet’s own system, the bonus was credited, and I played using the funds. I won £760, which remained visible in my account. I requested a withdrawal and was then asked to complete KYC verification.

After completing verification, my account showed as verified, but my £760 balance was removed and I was told this was due to a breach of their Terms and Conditions regarding duplicate accounts and bonuses.

My issue is not that Zizobet has rules — I understand casinos have terms regarding promotions. My concern is that they allowed the bonus to be accepted, allowed me to play, allowed the winnings to remain in my account, and only removed the funds after I requested a withdrawal and completed verification.

I have asked for a clear explanation of the exact breach and why the issue was not identified before allowing the promotion and withdrawal process to continue, but I have only received general references to their terms.

I believe the situation should have been handled more fairly and transparently, and I hope Zizobet reviews this properly.

Update: I'd initially left a 5 star review and continued to use the site, but after doing some eSports betting I have to amend my review.

I'd made a bet (#297831481) on Clem vs. Serral (17th July) which was part of a Starcraft 2 team match.

Serral won the match 1:0 which was my prediction, but they listed the scoreline as 3:1 for the match, and said Clem was the winner.

This was part of the Crank league and can all be verified on Liquidipedia within a couple minutes.

Note that the bet specifically said Clem vs. Serral, and was listed alongside all the other Bo1's in the bracket so there was no way for me to have accidentally bet on an overall team scoreline. So to me this was a pretty clear cut case of a mistake. Someone had gone onto the page and picked up the team scoreline and applied it (incorrectly) to the individual match.

I contacted the support team but essentially just kept coming back with a computer says no line. Provided screenshots and evidence of the actual scoreline for the actual match on the same time and place and league as the bet specified but still just "computer says no."

Given that they refused to pay out all of the winners of that bet (and presumably paid out all of the losers instead) and that they had no way to verify which was a clear cut mistake other than to recheck the false score line from their provider, then it's hard to recommend any sports betting and particularly e sports betting on here.

I was definitively and legitimately scammed out of money and the support team offered no avenue to redress the situation. This was a small bet so it isn't the end of the world but I would hate for the same thing to happen to someone else on a larger bet.

Having read the reviews, I didn't have super high expectations. But I was able to deposit, verify and withdraw within 24 hours.

Appreciate that some people might have other issues, and wait times might be longer, but as a UK player I found the site good to use and appreciated the quick response and information provided by the support team.

Scam Website! This website is not legitimate, they have now taken a total of 3 deposits from me. Nothing has been credited to my account. They claim this is an error and my funds are secure but now 5 days have passed and nothing has been received. Everytime I contact live support they ask for banking screenshots which I have provided then it's the same generic reply. My funds are secure and they are working on it. Support are absolutely useless and I have been told updates will be provided by email. Still no update and still no funds. No apology and absolutely zero communication. This company will steal your funds and not deposit into your account. Please do not use this website. I will happily remove this review if they actually sort the supposed issue and I either receive a refund or the money is actually credited to my account. However, I would reasonably expect some goodwill gesture because this is absolutely unacceptable.

*Update* 6 days have passed still no email response or funds received. They admitted an issue and told yet again to wait until they investigate but timeframe is unacceptable and still waiting.

Day 7 full week now and still no update on funds received or refunded. Strongly advise avoiding.

So a further review when it comes to withdrawals if your expecting to have a speedy withdrawal think again. From my previous experience it takes from 36hours to my latest withdrawal which was just over 6 days.
The live chat the staff are all extremely helpful, I just wish the site offered more promotions other than spend $1000s to get up a leader board.

Be very careful with this casino.

I first deposited £50 and lost it. I then deposited another £60 and claimed a bonus. After playing for a while, suddenly every game I tried to open showed an error message and nothing would load.

I spent hours waiting on the live chat, but nobody ever responded. The only message I kept receiving was, “We are very busy, we will be with you shortly.” No one actually helped. I also emailed the support team because I couldn’t access any games.

After some time, the games started working again. I continued playing and eventually won around £700. I requested a withdrawal, but it stayed in “processing” until the next day. During that time, they allowed me to cancel the withdrawal and continue gambling. Unfortunately, I cancelled it and ended up losing all of my winnings.

In my opinion, allowing customers to cancel withdrawals so easily encourages them to gamble away their winnings. Combined with the earlier technical issues and the lack of customer support, this was a very disappointing experience.

Zizobet's compliance team openly admitted in writing that their support staff committed malpractice by misclassifying and deleting my active casino bonus. Instead of restoring my $776 in winnings, they offered an insulting $25 "goodwill" credit.

They have since weaponized their "Responsible Gambling Policy" to permanently close my account just to silence a legitimate dispute. To show how petty this operation is: they timed the ban perfectly to cheat me out of the 10% crypto cashback ($30) I had already accrued on my deposits, which was due to hit my account the very next day. They completely refused to manually pay it out
