Ok they send my money

If i could put a zero I would. Absolute scam. It takes a stupid amount to win a small amount back. When you finally get lucky enough to win an amount you can withdraw it drags it out for days and days until you realise its never going to happen. Live support are useless and give you the support email. They ignore your requests to close your account over and over again. My advice is dont bother you will only lose money and regret it trust me Ive lost a fortune and now theyre still refusing to close my account. The bank cant help you claim it back either so dont bother trying that to get your money back. Just avoid completely and save yourself the heartache especially if you have a gambling problem they pray on people who do. When you tell them you have got a problem and just want to close they offer you allsorts and ignore your pleas to close its disgusting

This company will pray on people with gambling problems. They give you bonuses make you win big but the wagering amounts are terrible. If you send an email to close your account saying your struggling with gambling they prey on that give you £50 free bonuses with a smaller wagerer. They are not their to help they will make you spend and spend with out a care in the world if you have a problem.

I was disappointed with this casino. The bonuses and free spins are often unclear or not credited as advertised. Customer support replies politely, but the issues are not always resolved. After making deposits, I expected better treatment towards players. My experience was more negative than positive.

On the positive side they do answer ( eventually) emails to support team. On the negative side it takes ages to obtain a reply and then the responses seem to have been put together by AI. Never answers the query or ignores last query. Might seem as though they are not concerned or hoping you'll give up and go away!

The Backsnackers boxes each month were a highlight in my son’s week. The snacks inside were all great quality and the additional info the the team provide from each country with each box was great.

Absolutely blown away by how much I enjoyed these snacks! They arrived super quickly and took me back to my travels around Indonesia and Malaysia. The shrimp crackers are my personal favourite!

Ordered a box last month, was meant to be a specific country, instead I got random items from all over, the chocolate items were completely melted. Spoke to customer service who apologised and said that months specific country box would be sent out to apologise...I'm still waiting for it weeks later.

Recently signed up for Backsnackers monthly snack box. First box was great! Amazing snacks making a nice change to normal supermarket snacks, interesting write up about each one and a fun game to play + recipe to try out. Looking forward to box number 2!

Firstly, Backsnackers is awesome! Used to travel a lot and I miss all the snacks I'd eat around the world. This not only brings back good memories but I get delivered tasty snacks each month. Each box contains information about the snacks, a game and the snacks. Each month is a different country so you get to try snacks from around the world. Definitely recommend for those that love exploring food from around the world!
