Product good and delivery was satisfactory (although a little miscommunication from the local delivery agent). Main area for improvement is the that product arrived with the store security device still attached. Thankfully it was at the end of the pant legs and as I needed to have them taken up the device could be removed otherwise I would have needed to return the pants.

ordered a pair of sandals, tried them on once indoors, and immediately put them back in the box because they were too large. When I returned them, Farfetch contacted me to say that the return would only be accepted as a gesture of goodwill because the footbed was allegedly scratched.
I genuinely believe those marks were already present when the sandals arrived. I had also ordered the same pair in a different size from Farfetch, so after receiving their message I checked the new pair carefully. It already had even more noticeable scratches on the footbed, despite being unworn.
This experience made me lose confidence in their return process. Customers should be careful, as there seems to be a risk of being blamed for pre-existing marks and potentially having a return refused, even when the item has been handled responsibly.

I ordered a two-piece swimsuit, but the shipments weren't sent at the same time, even though it wasn't specified... So I received one piece fairly quickly as expected, but I'll receive the other part two weeks later?! (I'll already be on vacation, so it won't really be useful anymore...)

I deeply regret using Farfetch’s pre-owned service.
I sold Farfetch a bag and accepted store credit, believing I would be able to use it normally on their website. Since receiving the credit, the experience has been appalling.
I placed an order, only for it to be cancelled the following day because the item was supposedly out of stock. I then called Farfetch and was told by an adviser that another boutique had 11 available. He placed the item back into my basket and assured me I could reorder. That order was then cancelled as well.
I called again and was told that yet another boutique had two available and that the order should go through this time. Meanwhile, the item has continued to appear as available on the Farfetch website throughout this entire process.
It is difficult to understand how an item can repeatedly be advertised as available, confirmed as in stock by Farfetch advisers and then cancelled immediately after I attempt to use my store credit.
I am now seriously questioning whether Farfetch credit can actually be used on all items, or whether there are restrictions that were conveniently not disclosed when I agreed to sell my bag. Had I known I would be left with credit that appears almost impossible to use, I would never have accepted it.
Customer service has provided conflicting information, false reassurance and no meaningful resolution. For a company positioning itself as a luxury retailer, the service has been disorganised, misleading and completely unacceptable.
Farfetch has my bag, while I am left with credit I cannot reliably spend and orders that keep being cancelled despite the items still being advertised online.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Farfetch’s pre-owned service to think very carefully before accepting store credit. I now regret the entire transaction and would like Farfetch to explain publicly why these orders keep being cancelled and what restrictions actually apply to the credit.
