Two star
I ordered kobe 11 ftb size 42 because i already have many kobe 11 elite shoes and were somehow bigger and i had to pay the 15 dollars for return.
They have customer service that doesn’t pick up when called but they do answer questions by email in 48 hours.

No issues. Happy with product and service.

Kept well informed of delivery status via email and I was happy that a reliable delivery service was used and that a signature was required. It gave me piece of mind that I would safely receive the item or be able to pickup the item from the mail depot even if I wasn't home when the delivery was attempted.

Very happy.

Dissapointment about last purchase

I’m sorry to say that I am quite disappointed with my most recent purchase. The Michael Jordan jersey I received did not include the holographic paper tag that is typically used to verify the item's authenticity. As a result, I have concerns regarding the legitimacy of the product.

8 Days have gone by for a next day order, no updates, no responses to emails etc etc, here we go again, is there any reputable retailers anywhere???

BSTN is simply amazing! The delivery is incredibly fast, and whenever I have a return, the process is handled super quickly and without any hassle. I genuinely love shopping here and can recommend this shop without a doubt!
