Keyboard

After ordering two products, on the 19th June 2026, ....
Versatile Pro Laptop Sleeve with Stand & Mouse Pad and

I found the keyboard missing, when I received my order

I emailed the support section 3 or 4 times with no response....and then finally I got told as far as they were concerned I got my delivery, and the case was closed
It wasn't until I messaged on facebook later did I finally have someone say they would send a replacement....
This hasn't happened to me before, and I was very stressed out

I received my keyboard yesterday, and so far am very satisfied with it...It performs very well.

The laptop sleeve is well made and meets my requirements

My wife bought me a Nillkin Cube

My wife bought me a Nillkin Foldable Pocket Cube keyboard as a gift, and I absolutely loved it for portability. I take it with me to connect to my Steam Deck. Regrettably it had a flaw in that some of the left-most buttons stopped working occasionally during use (A, ESC, TAB, L-SHIFT).

I left a comment on their social media and the team responded less than a day later with a DM asking more about the issue, upon which they immediately posted out a replacement with no delay.

Sometimes faults happen but the promptness with which they rectified the issue was genuinely great and I truly appreciate the service. Its portability really does suit all my needs and it looks fantastic.

Great customer service

A year ago I ordered a case with keyboard and now after a year a row of letters just wasn’t working on it anymore. Without any question or objection Nilkin sent me a new keyboard. This service is fantastic.
This is an outstanding company, and I must say the casing and keyboard are great assets to my Ipad. i think you should buy it

I’m extremely disappointed!

I’m extremely disappointed with this experience.

When I placed my order for Cube Pocket Foldable Bluetooth Keyboard with Touchpad, Oman was listed as one of the countries eligible for shipping. However, after completing the purchase, I received an email from the NILLKIN support team informing me that they could not ship the product to my country and asking me to provide an alternative shipping address.

To resolve the issue, I arranged for the package to be sent to a freight forwarding company in Hong Kong, Aramex. After the package arrived, Aramex requested that NILLKIN complete a standard Battery Declaration Form required for shipping lithium battery products. Unfortunately, despite several follow-ups over the course of a week, NILLKIN eventually replied that they were unable to complete such forms.

As a result, the package has remained in the Aramex warehouse, and I have now been informed that it will be destroyed in two days if the required documentation is not provided.

This entire situation has been a waste of both my time and money. It could have been avoided if the product had not been offered for shipment to Oman in the first place, or if I had been informed of the shipping restriction before completing my purchase.

Nillkin Cube Pocket Bluetooth Foldable Keyboard

The Cube Pocket Bluetooth Foldable Keyboard with Touchpad is an absolute dream to use, it looks amazing and it is by-far my most favourite piece of tech to date.
I ordered my Cube Pocket Bluetooth Keyboard in Sunset Orange late November 2025. The keyboard was an absolute dream to use. Beautiful quality and feel, sleek with a much, much lower profile than my Logitech K480 bluetooth keyboard (which is still going strong, but it's soo big and clunky).
The Cube Pocket Keyboard is super easy to connect to my laptop and mobile and switching between the two is seamless for a perfect workflow. The foldable portability is next-level and a complete game changer - you can take this beauty anywhere and it will snug neatly with your notebook, no exposed keys or cheap plastic feel, this is quality imagined for any location.
This keyboard feels as good as it looks. I love that the outer case when folded is not some cheap slippery plastic, it doesn't slide around on your desk and won't slip out of your hand. Perfect!
Now. After 3 months I started having issues with keys not working, specifically the ESC, Tab, 1, Q, A and Z. The keys would work if I folded the keyboard to a 45deg angle, not very work-flowy though. I reached out to Nillkin, as I ordered it direct from their website.
Customer service were absolutely fantastic and upon request, I sent a short video showing the issue I was having, and they sent me out a brand new replacement keyboard. I'm typing this review on it now.
The process took about 5 weeks, from contacting Nillkin to receiving my replacement, and honestly, I thought that was pretty good!
Would I recommend this product?
Absolutely!! The Nillkin Pocket Cube Foldable Bluetooth Keyboard is an absolute game changer for people who want multi-device flexibility and ultimate portability that looks and feels incredible too!!
Side note: Australia Post took longer to deliver my keyboard, than it took to get in the country from China.

Cube pocket keyboard

I bought and used the cube pocket keyboard with full satisfaction. It is stylish and durable. Small and yet big enough to type on and much easier then the screen keyboard is you have longer Messages the type.
Customer service is responsive and takes issues you may encounter serious. All in all I can recommand it!

Four months, no delivery, and excuses on rotation

I placed Order NK78789 on 8 February 2026 (€52.72, a Galaxy Z Fold 7 case and a phone holder). It is now late May. I have still not received the product.
Nillkin's first reply came over a month after I started chasing, on 23 March, claiming the courier "could not contact the recipient." I received no calls, no delivery attempts, no notices — the excuse is simply false. From then on, support replied only when they felt like it, sometimes after 1–2 weeks of silence, despite my repeated emails.
I asked for a refund on 30 March, 5 April, and 18 April. Each request was either ignored or sidestepped. Instead of refunding me, they eventually offered a reshipment to India on 24 April. They asked for my full address on 29 April, claimed the replacement shipped on 30 April with tracking YT2612001900102777 — and as of today, 23 May, the package is still in transit, 22 days in, only just arriving at the overseas transit bureau in India. Not delivered.
To top it off, the exact case is now listed on nillkin.com at roughly 50% of what I paid four months ago. When I raised this, their reply was a generic line about "different platforms" — except I bought directly from nillkin.com.
There is no phone support. The only contact channel is email, and they use that asymmetry deliberately: they reply when convenient, ignore inconvenient questions, and run out the clock. Four months in, I am filing a chargeback through my card provider.
If you are considering buying from nillkin.com: the products may be fine, but if anything goes wrong with your order, you are on your own. Buy through Amazon or another platform where you have an actual escalation path.

Company stood by their product

I had a very positive experience with NILLKIN’s customer support.

I originally ordered a foldable Bluetooth keyboard with a layout that didn't match the region it was being shipped to (intentionally), and even before dispatch they contacted me to confirm that this was intentional. That was a small detail, but it gave me confidence that the order was being handled carefully.

After a few months of very light use, the keyboard unfortunately developed a fault with some keys on the left side. I contacted NILLKIN support, provided evidence, and after some basic troubleshooting they arranged a replacement under warranty.

The replacement keyboard has now arrived and is working well. Of course, it is never ideal when a product develops a fault, but what matters to me is how the company handles it. In this case, NILLKIN stood by its product and resolved the issue properly.

Based on my experience, I am happy to give them 5 stars for customer support and after-sales service.

Nillkin cases are my favorite

Nillkin works hard to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction ... more than any other company I've dealt with. Their phone cases are the best, with cool features like camera covers, props, metal buttons, magnets, etc. The MagSafe Compatible Kevlar Case with Tinted Clear Camera Cover for Galaxy S26 Series is my favorite case. I will be buying more Nillkin products in the future.

I ordered the Cube Pocket Foldable…

I ordered the Cube Pocket Foldable Bluetooth Keyboard direct from the website (Order NK90583)on 2 April 2026. I paid for expedited shipping (3-5 Business Days) and I still haven't received it. I have emailed them 7 times and all I get are empty promises that it is coming. I asked them to contact me to try and resolve the problem but I've heard nothing. Now I have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company and try to purchase from another supplier. Worst online purchasing experience!

The keyboard/case I purchased was…

The keyboard/case I purchased was faulty, and despite a number of emails requesting a refund, the company would not allow me to return the item and get a refund. They just kept telling me to get a sharp craft knife and trim off some faulty bits of the case to make it fit for purpose. I’m now left with an expensive case I cannot use. I can not recommend this company.

Very disappointed - would give 0 if possible

Very disappointed with both the product quality and the after‑sales customer service. I submitted a warranty claim after one of the buttons used to attach the keyboard to the case broke within days of normal use. The issue occurred well within the warranty period, and I provided all required details, including the order number, dates, and photos.
Unfortunately, I never received any response to my email sent to the support/warranty team. No acknowledgment, no update, nothing. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a product that failed so quickly.
Based on my experience, I am not happy with the product, and the complete absence of after‑sales support makes it worse. I would not recommend this brand unless customer service and product quality significantly improve.

Do not order – Nilkin does not deliver and ignores refund requests

I placed an order with Nilkin on 26 March 2026. On 31 March 2026, their support replied once saying that they cannot ship to my country and offered a partial refund if I kept the order. I immediately asked for a full refund, but since then, I have sent multiple emails and received no response.

The merchant has not shipped the item, ignored my refund requests, and shows a pattern of not responding to customers. This experience is frustrating, unprofessional, and should be considered fraudulent.

I do not recommend ordering from Nilkin. They take your money but will likely never deliver the product or issue a refund.

Really good quality

I bought the Super Frosted Shield Pro Case for my Xiaomi 17 Ultra Leitzphone. It fitted perfectly! There's no wobble or loose material on the case at all.

I'm so happy I found the Nillkin case. The quality is so high and the grip it provides on the phone is amazing. It's much better than the other generic cases available for the phone. Especially given that not many other high-end manufacturers make cases for it.

In fact, I'm looking to buy more Super Frosted Nillkin cases for when my current one inevitably wears out.
