I recently made a purchase & was shipped out asap,as usual ,but that went missing,due to Royal Mail, there tracking system is pants & it showed up as delivered at multiple locations simultaneously,also had a photograph of item with name & address scrubbed out & photo of someone’s desk, not my doorstep ?? Obviously postman pat has nicked it 😂. Anyway I contacted customer support & next day got a reply with a voucher covering the full amount (excluding postage). I immediately placed another order & hopefully delivery will be ok this time.

They sent my order to the wrong address. I lost my money, and who knows who opened my parcel. This is completely unacceptable.

So far not good partly my fault I placed and payed for a order by the time I went to send proof of payment my browser crashed.ive sent emails with proof of payment and messaged on there support portal and no joy

support is bad and doesnt read your messages, they will leave you waiting for days and then act like they didnt just take your money and ignore you for a week

I've used Nila for about 6 months.
In the past I've had some issues with Cart nibs breaking and batteries malfunctioning. However, they've recently changed both. They're both much better!
The quality of the product is excellent, I really enjoy Mimosa and acapaulco.
I've recently purchased edibles, but yet to try them!

Ordered on the 8th, money taken from my account. Estimated delivery for the 9th, now it’s the 11th and I just tried to track my delivery and the order still hasn’t been processed.

Ordered the other day and my stuff was delivered today I tried it and it did absolutely nothing I’ve never found white widow anywhere else and the moment I do it’s a scam and is cbd I have chronic pain for which I am on medical cannabis which is 18% and stronger than this but have none at the moment I have since ordered again 8 different strains but they were ordered yesterday before I got to try the white widow and now I have wasted almost 200£ based on false advertisement don’t fool yourself please read everyone else’s reviews first before buying

Haven't received my order cant even contact them via their website meant to be tracked 24hrs the tracking number doesn't even work......

I’ve used this service for years but I just placed an order and got not receipt and none of the customer service links on the website work. Need some support please…

Seems they have issues as like others I placed an order - crypto been confirmed hundreds of times but no email, no order number. tried customer support but no verification email, no reply from info@. try somewhere else

I placed an order and received a payment confirmation by payment app, but it seems the payment hasn’t been processed on your side!
I’ve already sent through proof of payment, but haven’t had any response, and I’ve been unable to get in touch with anyone.
It’s quite frustrating not getting any updates or not being able to reach out / get a response! :/
