Received an order recently.

I have ordered from Dispenseree three or four times over the last few years and always found them efficient, the delivery arriving promptly after they had verified payment. However, my last order, made on July 6th, seemed to have stuck, so I emailed Customer Support. Ella responded immediately, but after a week, still nothing. Eventually I received an email from Royal Mail giving a tracking number, but when I clicked this, it said that they hadn't received the parcel yet. Ella responded immediately again when I emailed her, and the order arrived on July 18th. That's 12 days, not great service, but I just wanted to document that I _did_ receive an order recently, and also that Ella gave excellent customer service, responding promptly on three occasions including a Friday evening and a Saturday morning.

I am never ordering off here again

I am never ordering off here again. Ordered on sunday for a 24 hour delivery. Its now thursday and the order hasnt even left the warehpuse yet. Shocking. Ella the assistant was nice but nevet again

EDIT:

Nobody from customer services replying to me no further updates on order. Im just counting this 40 quid as lost ajd i will start a chargeback with bank

Stay away

Stay away! Might be good for your first few orders but won’t be long before they scam you. How’s this for a joke, after taking my money and not sending my order and after many “discussions” with “customer service” that issue would be resolved. It never was. That was 2 years ago. Yesterday I got a WhatsApp message saying how much “they missed me” and gave a 30% discount? Please tell me you don’t think I’d be ordering from you again. You owe me money you scammers. I don’t need you anyway as I’m now on prescription so go away and stop contacting me!!!

I received something.

To preface this review,I do not support this business at all. They are slow, unhelpful and is incredibly poor at fulfilling orders.

After months of emailing their support inbox, I finally got in contact with an Ella. They had to resend my order out twice, with two 24hr Royal Mail tracking links. This took a month to fulfil, after being told "your order will be sent out today".

Honestly, I thought they were telling me lies to appear as they were providing support.

Despite the fact I have now recieved a small package of gummies, I will never order from here again. Please continue to shop elsewhere.

These people are still scamming.

These people are still scamming.
Sending out spam mails and sms.

It is probably best to keep reporting everything they do, every fake review, payment pipeline, sms and email.

Crooks…

These guys only know how to take your money, and lots of it. They don’t ship Jack but will email you discounts to entice you to hand over your money for nothing yet again 😂. Don’t worry though, these crooks will be caught & punished severely one day & no one will care.

Pretty much the same story as everyone…

Pretty much the same story as everyone else. Placed a few orders and actually got goods delivered to begin with, but now just a tracking number that has said "we're expecting it" for a week and no response to emails.
Clearly they try to lure people into placing bigger orders so they can turn you over. Avoid them at all costs.

Edit: Increased to 3 star because they did eventually respond to my emails and I did get my goods in the end.

Bad all round. No redeeming features

1. Not ONCE has my script arrived on time in 8 months
2. Judgemental "doctors" with strong bias against cannabis not obtained from them. Ridiculous.
3. Getting the amount you require is like getting blood from a stone, even though you're paying for it
4. Very small formulary
5. You will be pushed to accept oil
6. Dr. Lillia is lovely. She's the only one
7. You will be left short most months and be made to feel like a smack head for needing more
8. Mamedica is the one you're looking for, I will be leaving these clowns very soon xx

SCAM

What complete scam! I bought some products before the “new relaunch”
I Sent the money via bank transfer.
They received it, but didn’t for-fill the order. They said they’ll refund me with a coupon, Back in feb. Now it’s May. No response from them in months.
AVOID!!
