I liked that there weren't any hidden last-minute booking fees, everything was relatively straight-up, it would be nice if there was an integrated add-on option for nearby hotel parking (affordable pa... See more

Great platform
Great platform; got all information ahead of time. Booking worked. All links always worked. Nothing fancy, no bells ane whistles, just a service that works.
The best experience ever
Farera Team helped me to get a good company and tickets to travel with a good service and price.
NOT RELIABLE
I had to book a flight for my son and the proposed offer was really cheap. However, the reservation confirmation never received. I only found on my bank account a transaction of the cost and a return at the same day. They do not have after sales service unless there's an account. The only option suppose is after the confirmation, but always the reply is "The system temporarily does not work. Try a few hours later" It is impossible to contact with them. Finally we re book our flight of course with additional cost as it was the last minute. I would appreciate If anyone can give how we can contact with them.
I booked my flight through Farera.com…
I booked my flight through Farera.com and found a great price. The booking process was quick, simple, and secure. Everything went smoothly, and I was happy with the service. I would definitely use Farera.com again and recommend it to anyone looking for affordable flights.
No valid itinerary and no response in an emergency. HOR-RI-BLE.
Our Barcelona–Shanghai–Tokyo flight was severely disrupted, and Farera’s handling of the situation since then has been absolutely desperate.
First, their website displayed an impossible itinerary, with reversed dates and a negative flight duration. Then they offered us an alternative that would make us arrive in Tokyo exactly two days later, causing us to lose prepaid accommodation and a significant part of our trip.
We replied accepting that alternative only to avoid losing the proposed seats, while asking for an earlier rerouting. However, we still have not received reissued tickets, clear confirmation of the final itinerary, or any certainty about which flight we are actually booked on.
On top of that, China Eastern’s website does not recognize our tickets, either to retrieve the itinerary or to complete check-in. Farera is also failing to respond despite the urgency, while the original flight is still operating.
We are not asking to cancel the trip or receive a refund. We are asking for something as basic as having a supervisor review the case, confirm a valid itinerary in writing for both passengers, and issue the tickets correctly.
The lack of information, the contradictions, and the complete absence of a response have left us feeling utterly helpless just hours before the trip. The sense of powerlessness is overwhelming.
Last second price chenge!
Went through the whole reservation and purchase process, was sent from skyscanner as one of their recommended agents. Once everything done and payment data entered I get the message "oops rate no longer available"... really? I still see the rates available on skyscanner and the airline! Scummy people, not recommended!
Bait-and-switch scam
Bait-and-switch scam. They show an attractive price, let you go through the whole booking and payment process, then suddenly claim the “transaction couldn’t be completed” due to “real-time data” or “technical issues.” No money taken? Perhaps, but your funds are frozen for days. Of course, the same flight is still available — now at a much higher price. This isn’t bad luck, it’s a deliberate dark pattern. Avoid Farera.
overall decent
The price was good, the information as well. There were a lot of add ons to choose, but if you dont need them, you can skip several sites. Its the same procedure as everywhere.
The price of the ticket doubled
The price of the ticket doubled just one second before completing payment. This is ridiculous. It was the first and last time i am going to be using this website.
Never trust these websites
Never trust these websites, they raise the price last step before payment confirmation.
The booking process is terrible
The booking process is terrible. For every necessary entry, you are asked if you want to take out completely unnecessary insurance. Super annoying, and the displayed buttons are incorrectly set to bright colors so that you accidentally click on an extra option. Before you know it, you have bought something you didn't intend to. Discounts are shown during the process, only to be removed again at the end. It is remarkable how you try to swindle money out of your customers. JUST STOP DOING IT!
Among the cheap flight booking options
Among the cheap flight booking options, this has been the worst I have experienced so far. They show unlimited pop ups, ask you to upgrade without mentioning the price. At the last stage, they increased the real price by like 20%. I eventually did not buy from them but they earned this review with their disproportionately cheap user flow.
Honestly I was nervous being I never…
Honestly I was nervous being I never heard of Farera but I had absolutely no issues. From checking in prior to my trip to getting back home. I would definitely use them again. Prices were very affordable.
They do not provide honest or reliable service.
The ticket price was increased by €30 at the last minute during purchase. An additional €20 was added unnecessarily due to the automatic ticket change option. Despite checking in, the ticket lacked a barcode, resulting in an extra €48 being charged at Eindhoven airport. No check-in reminder email was sent. Do not buy tickets from this company. They do not provide honest or reliable service.
Booking Confirmed, Order Cancelled Hours Later.
I would not recommend booking through Farera.
After my train to London was cancelled, I urgently needed a replacement flight. I searched on Skyscanner and the best option was through Farera. Although I had never heard of them before, I carefully checked everything before booking: the date, departure time, cabin baggage, and the final price after being redirected from Skyscanner (which is often where prices change). Everything was correct, so I entered my credit card details and confirmed the booking.
I immediately received an email saying:
"Your flight tickets are on their way! We are currently processing your booking and will send your confirmation within a few minutes."
The email also stated that my payment had been pre-authorized and that only in the rare case that the airline's availability changed at the last minute would the ticket not be issued.
Reassured by this confirmation, I went to bed thinking my trip was secured, even though this last-minute flight had already cost me around €500 more than originally planned.
The next morning I woke up to an email saying simply: "Order cancelled."
Apparently, Farera was advertising and selling a ticket they could not actually issue. While they did not charge my card, that doesn't change the fact that I lost valuable time and was left scrambling to find another flight, by which time prices had increased even further.
If your travel is time-sensitive, I would strongly recommend booking directly with the airline or with an established travel agency that only sells tickets it can actually ticket, rather than merely attempting to obtain them after you've placed your order. This experience caused unnecessary stress at exactly the moment I needed reliability most.
No issues to report
No issues to report. Once confirmation received, check-in was a breeze thru Frontier App as stated in the instructions received from Farera.com. Will definitely use them again 😁
Predatory site.
Really predatory site. Advertised flights for one price around £150 for the past 24 hours but will cancel the transaction or bump its up by 10-15% once you’re checking out. Don’t waste your time. I got confirmation and all after booking only for them to cancel the transaction and offer me a higher price. Just advertise the correct price in the first place
