My flights were booked, so that's baseline expectations met. However *blimin heck*, the ENDLESS required upsell questions you ask are - to be frank - taking the piss. It's fine to offer them (I guess)... See more

Facing the outrageous prices of airlines ,
charging for everything short of a smile , it was a blessing to navigate through an easy site
Overall it's working
Most importantly I got the ticket at the price shown, but have to go through too many extras to reach the end. Also the confirmation didn't send the e-ticket itself but a receipt only. A little hard to find the reference

I thought I was booking flights with Qantas, instead I apparently got Jetstar. I would have preferred Virgin to Jetstar. I also ended up with the wrong destination, and changing has cost me a full flight.
Flightnetwork rip off
Awful! A rip off… terrible company. Charged me for extra bags that it turned out I didn’t need to pay for, and seating reservations that weren’t honored by the airline… it was only after I wasn’t allowed to sit with my family on our flight that I read in the Flightnetwork fine print that the airline had the right to not honor seat reservations made through their platform. Don’t use this company to book your tickets. Book directly with the airline you want to fly with. Hope this review helps you make a better decision than I did… oh well, live and learn!
Extremely Disappointed – More Than Three Months Waiting for a Refund
My wife and I booked our LATAM Business Class tickets through FlightNetwork under booking reference FA3SWI (Booking ID: 1072314297).
We left Argentina on April 3, 2026 for a long-planned vacation in Japan. Just two days before our scheduled return on April 18, LATAM cancelled our return flight.
As a result, we were left stranded overseas and had to reorganize our trip at the last minute. We were forced to return home via Turkey, which caused significant stress, uncertainty, and additional unexpected expenses during what should have been the end of our vacation.
On April 16, 2026, FlightNetwork confirmed that the refund process had been initiated. However, more than three months later, we have still not received our money.
This is completely unacceptable. We paid for Business Class tickets and have been left without our refund for months despite repeated requests for information. We have not received a clear explanation, a refund confirmation, or an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number).
I strongly urge FlightNetwork to resolve this matter immediately and issue the refund without any further delay.
Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend booking through FlightNetwork. This experience has been extremely frustrating and has caused unnecessary financial and emotional stress.

I had a very disappointing experience with this booking agency. The website selected the incorrect date to book a flight, and I contacted the company on the same day to cancel the booking or even change the date.
Although the ticket cost around R1,300, I was told I would only receive R450 back because they were charging an R850 “service fee.” Charging such a large fee for a booking that was cancelled almost immediately feels completely unfair.
The customer service was not helpful or understanding, and the refund policy seems designed to benefit the company at the customer’s expense. I feel misled and would not recommend using this service.
I would advise others to read the terms very carefully before booking, as cancelling—even on the same day—could result in losing most of your money. It’s a total scam!!

Bait and Switch!
I thought I was booking on the actual airline's website but apparently I clicked the wrong button and was sent to a Flight Network site. I paid for my flight expecting to see said airline booking, and that's when I realized I booked with Flight Network. Now I can't get a full refund because I have to pay for the $63 Flight Network handling fee. Nice bait and switch!

Disappointed in FlightNetwork.com services and support line
My first attempt to make a purchase failed because the payment was delayed. The credit card issuer simply needed to confirm that the transaction was authorized by me. It only took seconds to confirm, yet your system canceled the purchase immediately. My second attempt showed significantly higher prices, costing me even more. Calling customer support was completely useless.

horrific experience
horrific experience. do not use. it pops to the top on a search in google and not paying attention, you book your flight through them. that is all fine. now go to cancel that and while the airline has a 24hr booking window no cancellation fee, this site does not nor exposes the fees to you so you will NOT get your money back in the full amount. I am suspect I will actually see any refund out of this bush-league operation. learn from my error, make sure you are booking on the site for the airline and not just what shows up in the search engine results.

I booked my flight ticket on 1 July and purchased the Flexible Benefit option, which clearly indicated that I could change my travel date without paying additional charges.
When I later requested a date change, I was informed that I had to pay an additional 398 SAR. This completely contradicted the purpose of purchasing the flexible option.
Since the date change was not being honored as advertised, I requested to cancel my ticket. I was then informed that 1,029 SAR would be deducted from my refund. Although I was unhappy with this, I agreed to proceed. My original payment was 2,646 SAR, so after deducting 1,029 SAR, I should have received 1,617 SAR.
However, I later received a message stating that my refund would be only 900 SAR. This amount does not match the information provided to me and has not been properly explained.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience. The flexible benefit was not honored as expected, and the refund calculation appears inconsistent and unclear. Unless this issue is resolved promptly, I will continue sharing my experience on consumer review websites and social media platforms to warn other customers.
