I'm a "VIP" customer.
Maybe that would be a good thing if i could actually place and pay for an order.
The website and the app both have a glitch that prevents me from even choosing a payment method.
I have tried since June 10th to place an order, emailed back and forth on the 13th, and Amalie from Customer Service confirmed to me that yes, there is indeed a glitch and to try a few things (that did nothing to solve the issue) and then said to just wait until they fixed the issue before placing an order.
Now it's the 20th and the issue is still there on both website and app.
The offer i wanted to make use of, is no longer an option, and i have not heard anything back from AboutYou at all.
So i'm simply not going to waste anymore time on this, and just order the jeans i wanted on Amazon instead.

I would definitely not recommend shopping at About You. They have slow delivery, and once the order finally arrived it was the wrong item.

A toddler could handle the support better than their AI support which understands only keywords and likely returns a message completely unrelated to your case.

I placed an order based on the delivery timeframe that was clearly advertised at checkout. Not only was that promise not met, but five days after placing the order I still have no evidence that the package has actually been shipped.

The company claims the order was shipped the day after I placed it, yet the tracking number they provided does not exist and cannot be found by the carrier. A package that cannot be tracked is very difficult to believe has actually been handed over for delivery.

What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency. If there is a delay, just be honest about it. Telling customers that an order has shipped while providing a non-working tracking number is unacceptable.

I ordered from ABOUT YOU because I expected a professional online retailer. Instead, I have experienced missed delivery promises, questionable shipment information, and poor communication. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company and will think twice before ordering again.

Worst customer support. My backpack is a bit broken in the bottle holder, but they do not want to fix it and they do not have a new backpack so the only sulotion is to keep it or get the money back.. but the backpack now cost 20 % more..

Five star, fantastic experience, god price on quality brands, fast shipping, very happy for my purchase, will for buy again some other time, highly recommended.

They send me the wrong size on a pair of shoes three times in a row and really bad service of fixing or compensating - even when my original item sold out, because of their mistake.
I ended up buying the item elsewhere as it seemed impossible to get it here.

Very bad services in Luxembourg! They don’t give my money back making mistakes and errors with the orders! It’s being already two months that they cannot understand the mistake they did but continue do not give my money back! No responses from their part! Shameful services!
The print labels don’t work and I don’t know if I will get my money back sending few orders back in one being so ignorant do not understanding that they reimbursed the money for the order that I even didn’t heft, it has not been , and the one I had sent them back it’s amount was higher, but still, 2 months on this battle with them! Don’t recommend if you don’t want to have the troubles with your money…
Items are good but service clients are so ignorant and financial department too! I’m almost going to the police because I will not leave this case like that. I want my money back and I will not leave as a gift

Never again! I do not recommend purchasing on this website. I returned an item in October. It is now December and I am still waiting for a refund!

They Only get 1 star because of their terrible customer service. They do not reply to mails about an error occured on their webshop when i ordered. So i order the same order 3 times by mistake. They have refunded for one of Them, but I still have a “ready to pay” at Klarna, from an order, that have been cancelled. And now they suddently do not reply to my mails. 🙄🙄🙄

It's over a month waiting for the refund of my money about the order aydk-654-332121911 . Everytime I call they come with different versions that their system is failing, that they sent the complaint to Payment area and so on but no solution. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone in Denmark. The worst Customer Service

Have been waiting for my refund for one month now and you don't answer my mails. You tell me it's due to technical problems. So solve the problems!

How can someone work in support and absorb so much negativity, constantly lying to customers about refunds? To all the employees in Lithuania or Poland reading this – run from this sinking ship. About You is going bankrupt, and it's very likely that no one will get their money back.

We need public exposure – so that others stop ordering from this company. Let’s create a Facebook group for everyone who hasn’t received their refunds, and organize a collective lawsuit.

Stay away from this company. They dont refund my two returned orders...they have confirmed recieving it. Customer support dont reply. Nothing but fraud.

I placed an order from Hungary on 30 April 2024 for around 120 EUR. The payment cleared instantly, but I never received a confirmation email, tracking number, or, most importantly, the tracksuit itself. After more than two months and countless follow-ups, the only “help” I got from customer service was an arrogant, template-style reply telling me to “wait patiently,” then complete silence. They now ignore every email.

In short: they’ve kept my money, never delivered the product, and treat legitimate complaints with disrespect. If you value your time, money, and sanity, shop elsewhere.

They have the worst customer service AND they sell used products as brand new! I ordered a pair of shoes and i got it in a very bad condition and it was 100% used before reselling it, and all i got is a 10% on my next purchase. I had 3 orders with them in a week 2 out of 3 had unsolved issues.

I have had one outstanding ticket since the 1st of May, and there has still been no response from their support. I tried following up multiple times and creating new tickets, but I still haven't received a response. I get automated emails saying, "We are very busy at the moment."

Will update this thread once they finally decide to reply.

April 5, 2025 I ordered and paid for Converse sneakers. Since then, there has been no product, which they did not even hand over to the delivery service, nor a refund. I wrote many letters to support - all in vain!!! I do not recommend. Fraud!
