They had what I wanted in stock, many other places didn’t. They gave me discount for bulk buying and shipped really quickly. The package was well packed and arrived promptly

Missing Items!

So far, this has been very disappointing. I ordered 4 items, but only 2 have arrived.

I hope this issue can be resolved quickly and that the missing items can be sent as soon as possible. I look forward to your response. ORDER NO MEL#8566 ( I contacted customer service already)

Communication is poor

Communication is poor , delivery company ups gave date for delivery but come 2 days earlier without notice luckily I was home otherwise not a chance to get my product.

The product seems fine. A little pricey and the words on the bottle are not in English. Hopefully it will work like the ones I have previously purchased in my usual brick and mortar stores, which I can no longer find.

Melori sent me the entirely wrong cream…

Melori sent me the entirely wrong cream and did not respond to my email for about 2 weeks and when they did, they offered me an $80 credit for a $178 cost and to not return the produce which I cannot use. Which meant that they would have retained $100 from me for nothing.I am still waiting on their telling me how to return the wrong product and get a full refund after a more than 3 week process of corresponding with them.

Perfect pink shipped from Turkey

I am so grateful that you still had NARS Angela Orcish pink lipstick available. It is the absolute perfect blue pink hue for me. Was shipped from Turkey and arrived to Arizona with much appreciated expedience. I can't believe how perfect this color is for me. Thank you, thank you. Please keep up the good work!

Great product, amazing customer service

It’s my third order from Melori. They have the best deal on a product I love (Caudalie Resveratrol) and the shipping has been fast and reliable. This last time, there was an issue with my local post office delivering my package. I reached out to Melori support and they were amazing! Quick to respond, detailed in their instructions and nice. I got my package just a few hours later. Thank you, very much! Definitely a loyal customer here!

Good customer service

First things first…it took about 10-12 days before I got my product and when it finally arrived it was wrong but I will say they gave me a discount for the troubles. If it wasn’t for that I would rated them 2 stars. Customer service was really quick.

I’m very disappointed with this…

I’m very disappointed with this company’s customer service. It has already been three weeks and my order still hasn’t been delivered.
I contacted the company to find out what was happening with my package. They responded once and provided a UPS tracking number, but that number does not exist in the UPS system — there is no such package.
After that I emailed the company several more times to clarify the situation, but I never received any response. My emails are ignored and there has been absolutely no communication. I’m very frustrated because I have to try to figure out what is happening with my package on my own. I was really waiting for this cream because I needed it.
It’s very disappointing that the company let me down, so I would not recommend ordering products from this website.

Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered products that never arrived and got no response from "support." My only recourse was to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.
